Tried out the kgloss treatment and had a pleasant experience for someone who is new to salons :-) Very friendly staff who gives you advices for your hair and don't do hardselling ? Hair turned out very smooth and tangle-free!

Clean and spacious hair salon. No hard selling which is rare and good! They examined my hair and recommended mucota algana rebonding which is on promotion and not too damaging to the hair. I liked the way the hair feels after the treatment and after my first wash at home. Keep up the good work!

Went to get my hair treatment and hair colour done by recommandation from my colleague. The hair salon is nice, clean and spacious. Vincent and Ivy is so nice. Actually they are all nice and friendly. They explained to me why the treatment will do for my messed up hair ?. Did a new treatment they have called Step Bone Cut, New from Japan! After the treatment, my hair feels so much softer and more flowly. Definitely will recommend more people!

This place doesn’t just take ur money, but the people there take ur heart as well! Instead of hard selling me the most expensive packages, they convinced me to do a treatment that was most suited for my hair type, thou it was a lower priced treatment. I will definitely be back! The hairstyle I asked for was a difficult one, and the lady stylist delivered exactly what I wanted. I will be back mann! Awesome ladies and boy, I will be back ??

First visited this salon about a year ago and recently returned to refresh my perm and color job and was totally shocked by the experience. When I arrived, I was bombarded with a series of questions about the history of the hair services done on my hair. I get it that you want to assess the hair condition, but to expect an exact timeline of when/what I did (akin to a crime investigation) is unreasonable. Really unacceptable that they lack the competency to assess my hair condition when I am physically in the salon. And really, if an exact timeline is such a crucial deciding factor to whether the salon will accept the business, then please have the decency to ask prior to my actual visit. Staff even shamelessly disclaim that they will not be responsible if the job did not turn out right. Would you leave your hair with people who set out to fail?? Must have good reason that the salon remains empty despite their enticing prices. Totally waste of my time; took leave, made my way to the salon in the rain just to be greeted with such absurdness.

First time doing a K Gloss treatment and I’m super happy with how it turned out. Such thoughtful hairstylists working there! Amazing service, planning to head back there for future hair treatments :)

One of the most affordable hair treatment places in town especially for perm! The hair stylists were super thoughtful and offer great advice. No hard selling :”) they were genuinely thinking of the interest of their customers. Definitely going back there again!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair!! I did a perm with Ivy before Chinese New Year, and it was so good I recommended my friends to visit as well! No hard selling, and they provide you with proper consultation for what style you’re looking for! 10/10 recommend! ??
