I had the Le Gouter tea set which was cheaper at $188. Deducting 1 star for the renovation (it was leaking water on my sister) and another star for the rushed timing. We were late bc the SMS sent the day before was not very clear when i read it, i interpreted as 30 min earlier=3pm. Although it is my fault for being late, they could help by maybe stating 2.30pm in their SMS for people who's comprehension skills is not their strongest suit. Not sure if it's because we only arrived at the 2nd course, then we had to rush through the food. The large portion definitely didn't help too. Even for someone my size (eats a lot during buffet), i was so stuffed i couldn't eat dinner afterwards. Maybe they can consider giving us more time to eat. Halfway through, my sister told me that the ceiling pipes were faulty. The hotel made it up by giving us some complimentary chocolate which was nice of them. However, perhaps the hotel can consider changing the venue because the cellar may not be the best place to hold such a dining experience. Fyi, we also heard the servers dropping the plates behind the scenes, so not sure if they were understaffed. The room can fit around 12 pax after factoring in safe distancing. I struggled for 9 months to book Le Petit Chef since i heard of it. Price is an issue bc the food doesn't seem to contain ingredients costing so much. I recommend the Tea because it is cheaper but you also get to enjoy the technical marvel, funny host (CJ) and food (almost no difference in dinner menu except for the chinese one which theirs have abalone). In conclusion, this is a once in a lifetime dining opportunity. It won't remain long in singapore as the LPC is always travelling. Come here if you enjoy a visionary spectacle and love to be surprised.

Not really impressed with the show as it’s more 2 dimensional, but food is good, the flavour of Middle East with spices and Indian was well balanced. Dessert was good too, like creme brΓ»lΓ©e crust was good and brittle. Server was attentive and quick to notice that my gal feels cold and offered a shawl. Well spend 1.5 hours kudos to the host and servers.

Had a birthday celebration for our kid at Le Petit Chef Singapore. Wonderful experience with a fantastic host Iggie. The kids enjoyed the story saying that it was magical. Food was good too. My kids are not big vegetable eaters but this time they gobbled down everything. Great job and would love to come again!

A night worth remembering. It’s not very often that you’ll have the kind of dining experience that you do with Le Petit Chef. Even just entering the room felt other-worldly. Our favourite part of the night were definitely the personable interactions we had with our host CJ and his team - Samsuri, Sri and Jin Hong. CJ was engaging, charismatic and really entertaining! They were not only warm, but the service rendered were top notched - They even remembered our names! We did not have high expectations for the food after reading reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised! All 6 dishes throughout the course were well thought out and well executed. Each dish was tasty and generously portioned. Our favourite being the starter, the butter chicken and the himalaya. Grand Hyatt’s food chains have never once disappointed us which is quite telling! They catered especially to our dietary needs as well, which was a nice touch. I’d say come on an empty stomach as the portions can be quite substantial for small eaters like ourselves. To the staffs that served us that night, thank you so much for the memorable night. We’d love to be back again, this time on empty stomachs! :)

Wonderful experience - let the Petit Chef take you around the world in under two hours! You’ll get to dine in the Grand Hyatt’s wine cellar with host Iggie, who was entertaining and funny. That said, food was just average - there’s a good variety and some unique flavors, but nothing particularly impressive. Presentation was good though! Still, worth a visit for the experience and change of scenery especially for times like this when we can’t travel :)

We had an incredible dining experience hosted by CJ last evening - a remarkable host who made Le Petite came alive with his super high energy level which was contagious. He is the soul of the party and we are so fortunate to have him breathe live into our animated Le Petit Chef dinner at Grand Hyatt Singapore. It was a long awaited birthday dinner which has been postponed countless of times since April and we just thought it was never going to happen - but definitely worth the wait and anticipation. It was rather exclusive too as there was only 2 of us at the long table. I am not sure if portions were kept the same, but I was already full when it comes to India and Himalaya was my dessert ? To be honest, I didn’t think it would be my favorite cuisine for the night when I first saw the menu. However, the spices used is so well-balanced and not over-empowering. The chef did a good job creating a harmony of the spices and brought out the essence of butter chicken. I was also apprehensive about the Himalaya lemon ginger with chilli oil sorbet initially, but they blended so well together and the chili oil gives it the oomph! I was so full from the different courses that I could not eat anymore when it comes to the Chinese cuisine. I am thankful that they allow me to pack it back as it contains one whole lobster deshelled, one whole abalone, black fungus, seafood dumpling etc... It’s like a Man Han Feast. We have definitely enjoyed ourselves and strongly recommend this exquisite dining experience to anyone who loves food and enjoy a fun dining experience. It’s definitely worth every penny spent and a once in a lifetime dining experience.

I would highly recommend for anyone to dine at Le Petit Chef, at least once in their lifetime. It is a different and unique experience which is based on a novel approach. The ambience, food, service and especially the host 'CJ' was fantastic. In addition to that, this dining experience was held in the wine cellar, making it a private and exclusive moment or experience.
