★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to LFS ever since I’ve came into the hobby. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They are the google search for all fish-related matters. Fish-keeping can be a really difficult process to perfect, and there are numerous times where the fishes I purchased have unfortunately died due to circumstances. Nonetheless, the folks at east ocean are always willing to extend a hand to help and guide along the way. Thank you so much for everything. I highly recommend them for those interested in starting the hobby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First walk in to this shop not big kind of small but walk around inside and check out all the tanks and fishes they kept the tanks very clean and the fishes look very healthy that's most important. ( I'm in wholesale tropical fish business for over 30 years overseas).
I was just stopping by the place to get a small water pump I ended up bought few small things for my Betta tank, the young man and the young lady in the shop were very helpful. Thanks ?

I was served by Lawrence who is very patient to understand my needs and assist me to select the right equipment for my CO2 system. This is the right place for high quality aquatic plants, you get 10% off for minimum 3 plants. They have a free membership program where you can earn points to redeem rewards as well. Overall a well-established aquarium shop with good customer service.

I always love to purchase their aquatic plants, as many types of plants on promotions, plants sold are clean, healthy, anyone can buy with confidence. Recently there's a young lady that was friendly, quite helpful, knowledgeable, able to share the different plant species, on care & planting before purchase. Well recommended store for all Aquarium needs in the neighborhood. Keep up the good work ~Thank you East Ocean~ Thump up for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had wanted my kids to learn a new skill and take up responsibility in taking care of pets this holiday season. So I got them to think about setting up an aquarium. We were introduced by a friend whom was pleased with the after-sales service of East Ocean Aquatic. We will introduced to the basics by John and Peter on separate occasions, both of whom were patient in answering to our amateurish questions, simplifying the understanding of setting up an aquarium, the various type of tanks and the characteristics of different types of fish. With 2 visits, we are at this stage where the plants have just been placed in and we are pleased with the results. Looking forward to the third visit when we get the fishes after the conditioning of the aquarium. Overall, it has been a great experience with them.

Jonathan was very helpful and given me advise on what type of plants is suitable as well as the numbers of plants required for the size of the tank. Lawrence and Jonathan even went to the extra mile to reply all my queries that I have posted in the chat and reply was never a hassle to them. Great variety of plants in the shop and also thanks to both of them so that I’m able to fulfill my tank setup.
