β β β β β This was my first purchase from LeCain. I went with intention for a simple solitaire but ended up walking away with this caved green emerald cut ring. It was love at first sight and the only piece she newly bought in.
Ashley had an eye for pretty pieces and will spend time to help you decide. The service from them had always been impeccable and I very quickly returned to get myself a pair of earrings.

β β β β β This is my second purchase from LeCaine. First time was purchase at the shop and I have received a lot of nice comments of my ear rings. Second purchase was done online and it was really hassle free! Delivery was on the same day even though it stated it will be delivered only few days later. Same day delivery was really a pleasant surprise for me and further more, they gave me a champagne as a surprise gift which I feel theyβre really sincere and sweet. No regrets at all for both of my purchase and will definitely recommend to all of my friends :))

The Ring I had in mind was not only brought to life but above and beyond, the level of detail Ashley and her staff goes into to ensure you get exactly what you want, goes to show itβs not just a job for their team but more of a passion come true.
Very rarely you find yourself shopping for wedding stuff and find someone so genuine when it comes to advising and educating you on whatβs good and bad but on top of all that, they never once pushed me in any which way direction to close the βsaleβ which is not what you can say for most sales guys and girls in most other jewellery shops.
Their only Agenda is to make sure your dreams come true.
Thanks you sincerely to Ashley and your Team for the amount of effort and time you have taken into me and wifeβs special day.

β β β β β I received a beautiful heirloom pendant from my grandma that needed to be revamped. With that, I decided to remodel and reset my current engagement ring (as I don't really wear much jewellery).
I had my engagement ring designed and done up by LeCaine, so I knew that their professionalism and support were something that I could trust with this task. They were very understanding to my vision and what I had wanted for my ring - Ashley and Lala were extremely beneficial to me throughout this entire process with their advice.

β β β β β Thank you Lala (Laurentia) and the bosses at LeCaine with our experience buying our wedding bands and engagement ring. I was glad to be able to have my dream teardrop engagement ring which I have been looking at for a long time, and Lecaine was able to fulfill that. Also, we had our wedding bands customised, with mine as a jacket version so that it can complement my engagement ring. I thank the LeCaine team, especially Lala for being able to walk us through the technicalities of the ring, and giving us professional advice whether certain ideas would work or not. The customisation process was simple and easy to walk through as long as you have an idea in mind. 5 stars to the LeCaine team. Overall, it took about 2.5 months to see the whole concept come to life. We are very happy about it.
