★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude and stupid staff at Suntec City outlet. I walked in the afternoon of sat 23rdFeb2019 wanting to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size but upon checking the receipt the staff dismissed me in a rude manner as according to them I have passed my 14 day exchange period. Now, the problem is I purchased my bracelet on the night of 9thFeb2019 so how is it possible that it has passed the 14 day exchange period? The staff insisted that it has been 15 days. No matter how I explained they wouldn’t listen to me. However, I went to the other Pandora shop across the road from them and the kind lady there exchanged the bracelet for me no questions asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had such a bad experience in pandora. There were only one more customer and lots of sales assistants arranging the boxes instead of attending the customer. The lady who attended hands over catalogue and not friendly to help the customer. Been a pandora customer since 2016 and enjoyed shopping at Millenia Walk, raffles stores and also in USA. However Suntec City was a disaster. Rude customer service. If you are not ready to serve the customer then please open the shop only after you have completed your admin work. Pandora, you have lost one customer and hope you won’t loose anymore.

The Pandora store located at the Suntec City Mall has a good collection of items, including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants and rings. The price range is typically pretty wide to cater to all budgets. They generally have a promotion ongoing at most times, but do ask if you can get an additional discount by making the payment with a specific card or via a third-party such as Fave, you may just save a few extra bucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Friday evening, and spent about 30-40mins there trying to decide which charms to get whilst waiting for my bf to arrive. Nana was very patient the whole time, friendly and knowledgeable about her products and even took notice of the small details of the charms I’ve shortlisted and suggested others of similar styles. Nana made my whole experience at Pandora Suntec a very comfortable one - it was like chatting with a friend the entire time ☺️
