Very poor service, the guy Lim is extremely unhelpful. Bought a total of $200 plus of lights. Wanted help with exchange for 4pcs of the light which we got the wrong size recommended by the staff, initially we had already wanted to buy the correct size but staff saw the sample we brought and recommended a bigger one. For some reason we missed out on the exchange date. It was 5 days passed their exchange policy day, I know I’m asking for goodwill help, but he don’t even try to help, just keep saying cannot be done, don’t even want to try to help you ask the boss. Keep wanting to put down the phone say his hotline is for doing business, he got to go. When I ask what’s the solution, he got no solution, just doesn’t want to talk to me anymore. I’m sorry, am I not a customer? I mean I don’t spend a lot but why am I not considered an existing customer? I even offer to exchange for the correct size and top up $ to buy more… but they don’t care… don’t really need business and pretty rude. Even ask me to cut my false ceiling to make it bigger so the lightings will fit??!! I’m so confused, to save the lights which cost around $25, I need to get a contractor to cut my ceiling? Anyway I am never going back again. It’s not about not being able to exchange, it’s the bad attitude and service. There is NO SERVICE. It really makes my blood boil talking to this guy Lim. I’m not upset that I cannot exchange and that your staff is adhering to your SOP, great job for that ??In fact it’s ok I won’t visit your shop anymore therefore no need for any exchange. I’m just appalled by the attitude of your staff whom have no understanding about customer service.
