Master Selina is truly experienced in her craft of eyebrow embroidery, and I like how she could tell that my eyebrows were not balanced from the previous embroidery services I had gone for. She also recommended a suitable style based on my face shape, skin colour and current state of my brows, which I really appreciated. The aftercare is pretty straightforward, and I like how the cream lasts me through both rounds of embroidery. The treatment is reasonably priced based on the treatment time of about 2 hours for each session.

When left with a bad review, they will threaten with a police report against you. A magistrate complaint has been filed against this business. As well as a formal complaint to CASE Singapore has been done. Know your consumer rights! Don’t fall into unethical beauty parlors like these! 90% of these 5-star reviews are fake. So take due note ??
S	Shimmy Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olivia is great with her embroidery. Her strokes are precise and prominent. She also drew the initial outline for me to check against. She is fast but meticulous in her work, and finished the whole procedure within ~2 hours. Olivia was also friendly and made sure the numbing cream was applied well. She also helped to cover up my old red embroidery marks perfectly. The place is cosy, clean and bright. It was easy to find and access as well. May is also good with her skills, and the overall results for misty + 6D embroidery are great. She is very meticulous and did a good job deciding on the colour and shape. Fuss free and fast experience.

The therapist that did my daughter and my brows were nice and friendly. It was approximately 2 hours for the session as we did it together. They drew our brows, told us which one is recommended as it was our first time doing embroidery.My daughter was scared but to our surprise it was painless. The entire process was calm and relaxing as it wasn't painful. The therapist explained the aftercare after which and we were clear about the aftercare process. Thumbs up to Cecilia and May. It has been 3 months since our session and it is really natural looking right now. Thank you for the excellent service. Will recommend more friends to come over and do keep up the good work Brow revolution.

Was really afraid of the pain but she was talking to me, comforting me and telling me it will be fine.. The most amazing thing is that I fell asleep during the process. Highly recommend her and thank you for the excellent service. Will recommend to all my friends and have recommended my mother to do her brows already <3 Thank you to the team and friendly advisors there!

I have made the request and showed the photos to explain the shape and the effect that I expected to see, also what I didn't want to see. But dont think the therapist really paid attention to.listen, understand and follow. She also got distracted and chatted with others in the process, so unprofessional. The half-heartened effort led to a pair of strange-looking eyebrows. Most disappointed thing is the imbalanced eyebrows in terms of shape and height above the eyes. Also they're so solid, thick thus look unnatural. Unlike other customers, I was not asked to buy packages to enjoy discount for next visit. Nevertheless I will absolutely not consider to spend money to get such unprofessional service again.

Have balance up and cover over my previous uneven ugly brow shape which i did from another salon. I am very impressed by Cecilia's work! Thumb up!!!! =)
