★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here and service was excellent ?? Very satisfied with service and final product. Haidy and Xin Yu were great in their care and service of customers. However, there were some hard selling but it is not too bad. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous hard-selling tactics; they insult you on purpose in hopes of triggering your insecurities so you will buy a package. Their prices are also comparable to reputable salons in nicer places with better service. So take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a fave voucher for underarm SHR some time back, and just finished my last session with them. The SHR has been pretty effective since I arranged most sessions quite close to each other, and I did observe noticeable results over time (i.e. reduced hair growth). My overall experience has also been pleasant - I do experience some form of selling in one or two sessions, but nothing that makes me overly uncomfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised not to experience any hard selling on my last session even though I was expecting some. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall services with Xinyu, Weiqi, Shuang Shuang are fine. The only problem is Evelyn. She cannot blend well with customers , no EQ.
Behave like a man. Bossy, hard sell to me, then stop. But behave like nothing happen after hurting me, like microwave oven. Make ppl feel like quarrel or fight with her. I feel like my flesh is coming out from her waxing, on my 2nd appt with her. Though I feedback to her on the spot. Anyway, she has resigned. Lastly, if dun have spending power, advisable to get beauty svc at HDB neighbourhood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff handled the registration for services very well at the reception, offered explanation in details when I asked for more. They were very friendly and patient for a new customer like me!
Haidy (who handled my manicure) was very professional in her service and made it so comfortable for me throughout the whole experience with her personal sharings.
Xin Yu (who handled my pedicure) gave me great recommendations when I was unsure.
No hard pushing of sales, but the service was surely one to go back for.All in all, a service centre I would recommend highly to friends:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visit True Beautie Skin Solutions and served by Haidy & Yinying for the SHR treatment. The results were visible in just 2 sessions! Even though each session was merely 3mins, I will always have a good chat with both of them. Excellent job! :-)
There are also nails, hair and lashes services in the salon. They look rather promising too!
As seen in some reviews, there have been cases of hard selling, but I guess if you let them know you’re not interested nicely, they won’t bother you too much.
