Very friendly uncle, good selection of items

Terrible customer service, and very rude shop owner. Expensive with no warranty. Bought a whole bunch of things from him, including two squeeze mops. The squeezing handles of both mops broke upon use on the first day, despite us having experience using other brands for the past 5 months and they were fine. Came back and brought the mops to ask for a replacement and the uncle started being aggressive and said it's not his problem, and our problem. I was even being very nice and patient with him and explained to him the facts when he kept shutting me up, bulldozing over my sentences, and accusing us of misuse. Very 180 degree turnaround when he was very friendly when buying from him, but when faced with product problems he started raising his voice with you and being nasty, even opening his eyes super wide glaring at you and swinging his hands like he's cursing at you. He also said nothing in his store has a guarantee/warranty. Compared to other hardware stores (and even online) they are priced much higher. The mop he sold us was $21 each, when it can be bought for $15 elsewhere. With this premium, why would we even buy from him again when there's no guarantee/warranty? In this day and age, his lack of empathy, terrible customer service and behaviour, and unwillingness to explore a solution to meet a win-win situation for both parties, is extremely appaling. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY BUYING FROM THEM UNLESS IT'S A ONE TIME DISPOSABLE THING AND YOU'RE EXTREMELY DESPERATE.

Don’t buy anything from here. The uncle tried to rip everyone off. We got tricked buying a cart here for $55. Another store down the way was selling the exact same for $39. I brought a friend to the area and he went into the store and the uncle tried to rip him off too, charging him double for a metal tube.
