Excellent service - bought a pot of mixed paint today and I made a mistake on the colour. Took the paint back not expecting anything as paint is marked no returns or exchanges…the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help, well done and keep up the great work!

I had a small plumbing job in my kitchen.I did visit many DIY/HW shops nearby, but didn’t find anyone willing to listen about the job and suggest the right parts to buy. But HardwareCity Jelita is different.Guy here listened about the job, suggested the solution and the right parts to buy. DIY job becomes so much easy when there are such helpful shop assistants. Thanks a lot!

if need advises on some DIY matters, it may worth to come by this shop but buy once and never return if unnecessary. If looking at pricing, other shops like Self-Fix can be much cheaper. I mentioned to the shop assistant about high price, they are not giving discount, take it or leave it. photo reference for BONA cleaner.

I chanced upon their website and contacted them via the online chat when on the search for hose reels of a particular size. The online chat staff was efficient and pointed me to the Jelita branch as having stocks of what I was looking for, with real time images. Service in store was impeccable. They were helpful in explaining the differences between what we had chosen and the other reels on display. I also had some queries on some other items and they were patient and polite (both the male and female staff). The male staff helped us to carry our huge boxes of garden hose reels down to our car and helped us to load them as well. Another thing that we were pleased with was their helpfulness in checking on stock availability of an item that was not available in store, reserving it for us, and contacting us once they had it in store. Truly grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond. We foresee going back here in future for our home needs.

Good quality products but be sure what you're buying. They don't have a refund policy which I find quite an outdated and backward policy. Even supermarkets like Cold storage or Fairprice accept return for a full refund, even for perishable items. These are hardware items which should be refundable if product is untouched. The business owner and management need to realise it's not the 90s. The business has nothing to lose, but gain goodwill.

Offer lots of DIY Tools, power tools and equipments Ladders, pvc pipes, from bolts and nut, screws, paints and accessories for car, bike and especially for households. Accepting mostly all payment options, also, with partner merchants such as Grab pay, Fave Pay, ATOME and many more. Impressive! Must pay a visit and spend time browsing as they also have new arrival items from time to time. The staffs are kind, knowledgeable and helpful enough to assist you. Truly, the BEST Hardware store in Singapore! Stay connected! Everything is inside their online store as well! ???
