Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic (Farrer Road) - 8 Empress Rd

We've had pets for almost 17 years and have come across many animal clinics and animal service providers and I have to say the PAVC is the most compassionate, professional, reliable and consistent place I've across in this industry. Dr Elaine is the best vet we've experienced ever. We met her in March 2021 at Farrer and subsequently saw her at Thomson branch. She is empathetic, patient, understanding and always goes the extra mile for Ally who has a complicated mix of illnesses. She genuinely cares about Ally even when on days she's off duty. She cares about us as Ally's caregivers too and she understands how it can be discouraging and tiring sometimes. The rest of the team at PAVC at both Farrer and Thomson are honestly second to none. Every single one we've encountered have been friendly, kind and super duper caring. Because of the team, my husband and I feel very at ease when Ally had to be hospitalised twice with PAVC, once at Farrer and another at Thomson. A big shoutout to the other doctors and staff on the team as well - Dr Zen, Dr Sara, Dr Jerrold, Hannah, Averyl, Arvind, Gaya, Buddy, Mike, Jophat, Thelma, Vanessa and many more whose names we didn't get. It's been such a difficult last couple of weeks but it could have been harder without the team at PAVC. We may have lost Ally now, but we're heartened to know that we've found a clinic and a team we can trust for all our future pets. I would like to THANK all the staff at Pets Avenue, especially Mr Arvind, Dr Sara, Dr Zen and the staff at the counter. I always believe ALL Animals are important regardless of its size as long there is a life concerned. I am really grateful that Pets Avenue is super caring towards animals and even small animals like hamsters. Frankly, until now I had not really found a clinic that treats pets "equally". I thought priority will always go to big animals first which I can understand why. That is why I appreciate Pets Avenue so much. Mr Arvind has really been a great help all these while. He made EXTRA effort to ensure everything goes smoothly, and I could see he is super caring to animals. Furthermore, he is super calm and patient in guiding me on how to hold and put medication on my hamster as my hamster is quite aggressive and panicky. And even though I asked him so many questions despite they were so busy, he took time to explain. I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot Mr Arvind. Dr Sara is very professional, friendly, gentle and caring. She would explain to me on my hamster's condition and when I needed more clarification. Dr Zen is very friendly, approachable and outgoing. She had the patience to explain and took extra effort to give me more information that I might need in the future. After a week, she would even text to ensure everything went well to my hamster. I would also like to thank a beautiful lady who was a customer at Pets Avenue. She took initiative to help me to put my hamster's cage back into my BIG bag. Finally, I would like to thank ALL the team behind whom I seldom see them. I believe they are all caring people. To make my review shorter, I could only say Pets Avenue is a pet clinic full of professional, patient and caring doctors and staffs with positive energy. I couldn’t fault the dedicated team and service at Pets Avenue Farrer Road. Our anxious cocker spaniel loves every appointment with the vets and technical assistants, probably helped by the biscuit treats they kindly give him after each check-up! Super kind, attentive, patient, considerate vets who do not judge and who always put the animal’s welfare first. They have been great collaborators as we consider our dog’s skin/ear troubles and always been so caring during appointments. We love Pets Avenue!

We have lived in Singapore for 5 1/2 years. We brought our cats from Texas and have relied on Pet's Avenue to take care of them. Our new Ragdoll had some intestinal issues. For regular maintenance and more concerning issues, this clinic and their very competent, friendly and genuine pet lovers themselves, take really good care of their "patients" while at the same time helping us pet lovers understand and do our part to take care of our furry family members. Can't say enough good about this collaborative group of pet caregivers!

Brought our cat to Pets Ave (Farrer) due to minor ear infection. Dr. Tim and his team were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We walked in at lunch time without making an appointment. Didn't have to wait long at all. Great service right from the start till we left. Thank you everyone at Pets Avenue. Keep it up!

I've been coming here with various family dogs and cats for years. The vets are outstanding and there's space to sit, albeit outdoors. The only thing keeping it from 5/5 is that it takes 15 to 30 min to dispense medication and process payment. It might be that the clinic schedules too many appointments. Love the clinic, but it can be annoying that my appointments are consistently delayed by 15-30 and I have to wait another 15-30 after the consultation to leave.

Been going to Pets Avenue for many years now for surgeries and check ups for my dog Offie. Have always had very good experiences with the staff and vet team. Would love to thank Dr Elaine & Dr Chong for always being so patient and friendly with my family and the support team for the best customer service and attitude. I can see that every single one of them love animals and want the best for our furry friends. Special mention to Arvind for always leaving memorable impressions whenever we visit. He is extremely friendly and gives off the most positive vibe. And Dr Elaine for giving super personalised care to Offie, always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Pets Avenue!

We love how caring, friendly and loving the staff, nurses and doctors are over there, special mention to Arvind and Dr. Sara ? They are our go-to vet. Make an appointment before you go down because appointment slots are always full. My dog is at ease when it was there.
