★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super like this company procedure. I will receive a sms with my tracking number and ask if I want to leave at door if I'm not home and when the driver is otw, I receive a sms to notify me too. Nice and polite driver. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase an item from Canada and the tracking number provided is not registered in the system. Furthermore, the tracking number was identified as DHL tracking number which reflected a past shipment in other country. No reply from them at all.
I would not recommend businesses to use their services as the reliability of their system is questionable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using their services for a few years now. Legion has come a long way since the start where you don’t get any kind of shipping updates. Nowadays there’s SMS update and even live tracking (but needs to be improved)!!
I was quite sad when my freight forwarder stopped using their services but it seems they’re back again. So yay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was supposed to receive a text when the delivery is on the way to me and also a text on whether if I allow the parcel to be left at door. Legion Exp did not drop me a text to let me know it’s on the way and also left my parcel which was extremely expensive at my door during midnight and only sent a text in the morning 6am++ telling me that it’s on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pressed my home bell, opened the gate for the courier in less than 1 minute and he left already. didnt even try to call me but claimed he did. he showed that he called at 10.20 where he actually showed up in my home at 11.20 according to the tracking number. I didnt even receive any call from him. failed to ship twice and say its my fault.
they dont even have any email to be contacted and their phone number isnt available to be called by outsider. and demand me to collect the parcel myself. what a service ??
