Extremely rude and disrespectful staff at this outlet. Booked an appointment at 12 and arrived earlier, was told to wait because others also booked. However, staff continue serving people who came later, waited for 4 people who came after. Asked staff if need to wait for those who came later, she said “Yes”. Waited until 12.30pm, and left the shop. Report incident to their team, guess what? Was reassured repeatedly they are looking into the case. Nothing but sweet talk “We are here for you.” Asked for a refund, since we did not even get an eye test done. Also within their “Happy Customer Free 30-Days Return or Exchange no question asked” Lenskart staffs replies “We understand your situation. May we kindly send you the refund and glasses as well?” Interesting, all I asked for is refund and they offered more. I thought they are trying to do customer service recovery, and maybe the reviews here are real. Guess what again? One week has past, they have NOT proceed with the refund and asked for more time to read through the messages they sent me. I thought they are good, since there are so many 5 stars reviews. But all I had was rude service and dishonesty from them.

Very excellent good customers service given by all westmall staffs. My whole family are very happy with the staffs n purchase. Don't believe to those say they are rube n disrespectful. (Those say must be fussy n impatient themselves).

Miss Windy very friendly excellent service. Very professional giving advice to us. Helping us to do 1 frame adjustments which other shop don't dare to do. Very good skills at adjustment ?? Other staffs are friendly also, trying to attend all other customers when is very crowded inside the shop.

Winny was so patient waiting for us to make decision on choosing the right frame. Very friendly too. She made us felt welcome n comfortable. The con is only that we had to 7 to 10 days for the spec to get ready. When there are other shops that can get the spec ready in 30mins.

Customer service by a Chinese lady(sorry I didnt get your name)who attended my refund for 1 of my glasses today were superb. She was patient and friendly. Overall the service and shopping experience had been pleasant all along. As to compared to last year visit, service level were definitely up. The staff will work out solutions for you and help with spectacle selection Thanks.

We met Kendrick and his colleague in the shop. Kendrick the optician is very professional and make sure the check is throughout and go the extra mile to help to change out a frame that might not be suitable for the progressive lens. We would really recommend Kendrick. Great service! Thank u!
