First time wearing contact and also made a spectacles there , not the cheapest but quality and service is assured as they use Zeiss lens and Japanese contact lens .Best shop ever

As a customer myself, I feel that the service and the staff there are all really good and friendly. I encourage people who are looking for a place to get frequent eye checks to come here. I have been going to this same shop for 5 years already and I have not had any mistakes with any lens or degree error. I had also recently started to wear this lens called ortho-k and its really helpful like when doing sports, I don't have to worry about breaking or dropping my glasses. Also if u have any questions or queries about anything feel free to ask the staff as they are very patience and would gladly answer any of ur questions. Overall, I feel that this is the type of optical shop that we should go for. I really recommed checking this place out.

Fantastic service, value for money and most importantly all staff are very patience in giving advise. They not only have pre-sales service, after sales service is also superb. An Optical shop which is worth patronising. Even though I am not staying in Jurong, I still travel all the way from Central just to get my specs done. Not only me, my whole family too. Because of the service and patience, till today, I am happy and willing to travel almost weekly from Central to Jurong just to make sure both my teenage kids who are on Ortho-K lens, vision are well managed by Alex. as a adult. After wearing ortho K lense recommended by Alex. I've no regret. being a active lifestyle person. it helps with no dryness during day time with my contact lense compared to the past. I can swim freely with my eyes open under the water. it makes me less fatigue throughout the day compared wearing contact lenses. i really enjoy glasses free and contact lenses free day time. Alex is a very professional in his work. very patience and understands his products well. very good customer service by him since day 1 till now. I've been with him for 6 years. highly recommend!!!

Amazing service. Lots of kids specs frames to choose from. Helps adjust the nose-pads and ear hooks for a comfortable fit. Special kudos to Carol for the detailed explanation of the various myopia control lens available.

I would like to thank Dr Ong of Ong's Optics for recommending the best solution to control our kid's myopia. We went on having in mind a popular myopia management brand, but based on his professional advice, he has suggested another type due to different eye conditions. He explains the pros and cons of each solution and doesn't do force-selling but respects our decision. He has urged us to visit him every quarterly so we could consistently check on our kid's myopia. To our delight, our kid's vision has been well controlled with only a very negligible increase after a year as opposed to her previous sudden surges everytime we went for eye checks. He even told us not to change the lenses yet as he will only advise changing when the time comes. He is definitely a very professional eye expert and ethical businessman! I highly recommend parents who need myopia management for their children to go to Dr Ong!

Honest, detailed and professional service always. I have been visiting this place since I was a child (astig & myopia runs in the family genes). Every time we visit, the staff are always polite, friendly and very welcoming. Happy memories when I was a child. I’m still getting my lenses & specs done here even though I’m married & live in Bedok now. My son was diagnosed with astigmatism at age 3. Checks are thorough and specs are done well & fast. A life saver too when my son cracked the lens and we needed urgent replacement. Son is now in primary school. We plan to start ortho k lenses with Alex as there’s no one else I trust my son with. Highly recommend this place, especially if you have young children!
