During meeting (former quality manager promoted to Deputy factory manager) self proclaimed he is the expert including helping setting up a lot of companies. What funny thing is that he mention food grade stainless steel is 916 (suppose is 316). He also self declared this company is quality lead not production lead company. The results come true in HSA audit in year 2022 during his tenure as quality manager. He manage to secure 8 pages of NC from HSA. After first reply 27 were rejected by HSA. I just wonder since you are so good in everything why you received so many NC from HSA? what is the capability of the QA department during internal audit ? Are they competent enough? Why you (referring to deputy factory manager ) could not manage to reply all correctly or with minimum mistakes ? With 7 years of working experience in LKF since you are expert in everything. In the Jobstreet or job advertisement stated as cGMP. I just wonder since you unable to complied with GMP are you sure you able to handle cGMP?. Strongly not recommend to work in this company especially fresh graduate system not in place and working culture not promise to growth. Company seem like no hope and future with near to 100 years
