★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the supervisors do not care about employees wellbeing and also quite biased.The supervisors are quite arrogant and they keep scolding over small issue.Overall it is just a horrible workplace to work in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible supervisor named dennis for night shift. I limping alr but i still help with that work because its my job. He thinks im faking it. Nevermind. He ask me go level 2 to clear the cupboard, i say okay. I asked politely if he can switch the fan on as the zone G fans are always off. Pickers at that Zone always suffer. Instead of answering no politely, he says "i dont think you suitable for this job, you go home" supervisors who dont think for their employees shouldnt be supervisors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Completely disregard people’s valuable time. Promise to deliver between 12pm - 3pm on 11th Nov. Singapore is a small country 3 hour allowance is more than enough to complete the delivery. If this company cannot even do proper delivery scheduling, the company should not doing delivery business.

Working under the conditions of a warehouse is tough physically as there is no aircon and the air ventilation is poor. it’s really an honest day work and if warehouse environment Is ur thing - go to another logistic company , if you can find out which one youre gonna working for. Some positives of working here are that the workers on the warehouse floor are nice and they will assist you if u need help lifting heavier loads and to and fro. Really grateful for their help esp the first few days as the loads are really heavy sometimes.
Having said that, even with the great staff on ground, the other key members of the team manage the part timers through rude treatment and bullying. Not all the management is like that, but it just takes one or two (immediate staff that sits at the desk) to change the culture into something negative and perpetuate it. There’s a lot more to be said about their welfare as well but as a part timer I leave a benefit of doubt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero star if i could. Worked part time night shift. Extremely rude night shift in charge. Definitely not recommended to work here. If you can withstand all the criticism, go ahead but pretty sure you will break your head before your legs. The work itself is tough but dealing with the staff is worse. HR was very nice and considerate though. That one star is definitely for them. I hope management provides some staff training for them if they want to move forward globally.
