★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hr department does not the count staff monthly salary property due to their failed math calucation . Due to this the monthly salary of the staff not fixed . Hr make your staff life better by giving them fixed salary please follows MoM rule can pls dun be mess up hope the boss of ych can see this review so does anyone wan come here for interview think twice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vy big & high rise logistic hub. I went there to deliver my airport cargo, as the time is on lunch period. I went up 2nd floor hoping to fill up my stomach end up there is no muslim stall. Hope YCH open up one for the muslim staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive. Impressive use of the latest technologies including solar power. A radical departure from the labour intensive nature of logistics - previously just warehousing. Wonder where all the workers have gone to.
Government support must be huge. Of course the leadership of YCH must be bold too given their unexpected relocation from Tuas.
Update January 7, 2020. They have this humongous cafeteria the size of two or three basketball courts. Ultra modern and aesthetically pleasant unlike most industrial canteens. Aptly named Makan City it has all the comforts of home including compact sound system, couches and lighting worthy of IKEA. (See photos)
And yes, washrooms are squeaky clean - hotels standard. Even has a designated area for Grab people
Kudos to Dr Robert Yap the boss. Lucky YCH employees. Should be nominated for Employer of the Year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped a few emails on delivery of my laptop. No response received on all emails from Ms Kala. Asked for my alternative contact number via email, I responded within minutes yet no one called back. I had to call several times to reach someone in the office and had to wait for my delivery for the following day.
