โ โ โ โ โ I rarely comment negatively. But this one really put me into desperation to write a review here. Wrote in via email 2 Jan 2022 and no respond while the website claims 24hrs. For the benefit of doubt, I tried via Whatsapp and it has been 3 days without any respond. Tried calling in, no one picked up.
I understand there may be downtime due to the situation but hello, I do not think waiting 1 month for a respond to my enquiry (not even appointment) on a faulty TV is unreasonable.

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped by to send in my fablulous LG GRAM for warranty claim due to software issues. Was the only one there on Thurs morning. OS reinstalled and notebook ready next day.
On collection, checked in and out within 10 mins.
Good location for Service Centre, parking was easy with ample open air lots. Very accessible.
Well done!

โ โ โ โ โ We brought our monitor for servicing and there was no service to pink it up. It took a month and when we collected it, the monitor was so dusty. The service centre did not even bother to dust it before they returned to us for checking. As the parking area Infront of the service centre is only for season parking, we had to walk quite a distance. Thankfully managed to get the security to let me drive near the customer service centre so that I could transfer the monitor into the car without dropping it.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent service center. Not super crowded. The service is slow and not very fast. Even for simple stuff, they take forever. They could definitely focus on receiving customers better and speed up things in Service.

Perumal is so responsible in following up to schedule appointment with us + the superb attitude, this has confirmed that the choice made with LG is correct ? He is a rare GEM indeed! Good Job Perumal and keep it up!

โ โ โ โ โ The LG rep looks at LG Smartwatch and says since it is NOT purchased "locally" (Singapore), therefore he does not know what kind of battery is needed. I tried to nudge him to say 'mate this is a LG product'...he still maintaines since not "locally" purchased, he cannot help. I would urge LG Management to review this incident. If indeed that is true, then God Bless LG Corp. If not, you have to assess the rep who attended to me at 12.45 on 18 March at Alexandria LG customer service, Singapore
