Pohling Watch （宝玲表行）

Scammer shop. This happened a few years ago, I took my review here due his page and reviews on Facebook was taken off. Took my Zeno explorer watch to repair the crown, he got it repaired but cannot wind. He told me to live with it or shake it when needed as it was a automatic watch. His shop was crowded then and I told him to do something as I’m not willing to receive a repair worse then the original condition or to reinstate back to the original condition I presented my watch. His tone was crude and brash (Uttered some vulgarities) when he tried to open the case back to see if it could be repaired on the spot. The main case wasn’t clamped down and he used one hand to hold the main case and the other with a tool to unscrew the case. It slipped several time and scratched the case back. He told me go back and he’d resolve the matter as he was busy. I did not go back to collect my watch then and the aftermath of the incident with his gangster attitude of conducting business was something I wouldn’t want to revisit again. I gave up collecting the watch to cut loss as I do not want to pay for the repair cost and the case back was badly scratched by his “professionalism” and my lack of trust that the watch is usable anymore.
