★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly horrible experience collecting my Pokka prize from LH.M - They said prize collection is from 2pm to 5pm, which I confirmed. Showed up at their office by 2pm only to be told vaguely to wait outside their office (the area is an indoor carpark, poorly ventilated, no aircon, hot and stuffy). I did hear one of their staff whisper to a colleague that prizes are delayed, would take 30mins to reach. However, the message relayed to us prize winners was to wait outside their office for "10mins". So prize winners made to stand in front of a closed door like students who misbehaved and are being punished by the principal. HORRIBLE COMPANY! WILL BOYCOTT ANY BRAND THAT WORKS WITH THEM. *The 10mins was obviously a lie. Thankfully we are bright enough to head downstairs to the coffeeshop where there is at least a fan and cold drinks for us. Shame on LH.M for mistreating Pokka's fans and loyal customers like that. Shame! Almost 2.30pm and still waiting. :(
