★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suspect it has some hygienic issues because of the recycled bamboo sticks which looked dirty. Plus, it's a bit overpriced. Taste is good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfresh, chewy meats, seem like all the 50c skewers were thawed frozen and thawed many times leading to the rubbery plasticy taste. First time eating meat and not knowing whether it is beef chicken or pork cos they are all just chewy rubber. Easily the worst restaurant we have been to. All the cooked food were either overpriced or out of stock, can get them better at other places. Would not recommend unless you want diarrhoea the next day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly. Dining atmosphere okay. Sticks at 50 cents allowed us to try a variety of them. They had a promo of 50 sticks at $19, however we took 39 sticks and paid $19.50. Just thought they could be flexible and round down to $19 haha.

We tried tomato soup and chicken soup, and none of them were spicy (safe for tourists!). A lot of food options and even pig brain, if you are brave enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the dual soup base (麻辣清油 ＆ 三鲜), personally found the mala base pretty good and the 三鲜 was decent. I found the taste comparable to those I had in Sichuan. Service provided by the service crew was friendly and the crew was enthusiastic in giving recommendations. We had the May promotion (50 sticks for $19) and 20% off some plated dishes if we add them as friend on WeChat. Price was really affordable, spent around $70++ for 2 pax.

50 cents per skewer only. Got meat or vege or processed items.
The small Lobster with garlic sauce($23.80) is good. Sauce is great. Meat small but nice.
Deep fried mantou($6) standard.
Spicy Oyster Mushroom($3.80) is alright.
Deep fried crispy pork($8) tasty. Chewy rather than crispy but nice. Dip to spice more nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the dual soup base (Mala and tomato), Mala was not bad, tomato was nice and sweet though not as tangy as some others I've tried. Most sticks go at about 50¢ to $1 per skewer. My favorite was the special beef which was really tender. One downside was the steam from the soup being constantly blown towards our seats, fogging up our glasses. We had to move our seats to the side in order to avoid this.
Protips: become a member to enjoy 20% off the plates + language of the e-menu can be changed to English.
