Takes time to understand and reassure patients and answer all doubts. Has a great warmth about him unlike many other doctors in Singapore

Doctor is good but the old Aunty receptionist is a real b****! Very bad experience and really bad customer service! Hope Dr Liang can look into this service issue. I called to collect medicine at 10:30am and arrived at 11:20am, receptionist very unhappy said so late, clinic is closing, I replied late? Isn’t the closing time at 12pm furthermore I called before coming... she goes on and on and on about how other people called but never come... oh please! I was thinking this is such an unacceptable nagging.. That’s other people not me!! What’s her problem ??

No problem with the doctor service, seemingly professional. However it's a rip off considering the useless meds and quality as compared to local polyclinic or qm. Example anti biotics given the low end version without the protective capsule ?, so you have to take extra tablet for gastric protection. Cough medicine looks like the normal 2.5 a bottle type polyclinic gives as well as the cough drops it's the powdery type not the candy high quality type. Panadol same low end. In the end the meds were useless and ineffective, i was better off buying medicine from the pharmacy at guardian. Overall, only visit if you can't visit the polyclinic at heartbeat bedok which is brand new and comfortable with short waiting hours. Same price for foreigners so why visit a small private clinic ?

Visited the clinic because it happened to be near my place and was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Liang is a very friendly chap and makes his patients feel comfortable during consultation. He took time to answer any queries and was very detailed in his explanations. Because of this, he is now my family’s go-to doctor. Highly recommended.

doctor was super friendly and helpful, but the receptionists were very very unprofessional and disorganised. i wanted to pay by paynow as i had no cash and one of them behind the counter, assuming i dont understand chinese/hokkien said "next time just bring cash la why so troublesome!" so rude. they told me i could leave like 3 times so i left, then i heard the other receptionist shout in hokkien "wa die where this girl go ah?? she never take her things!" excuse me MORE LIKE YOU DIDNT GIVE THEM TO ME you just left them on the table while talking to another customer, was i suppose to assume they were for me?! super rude and super unprofessional, Dr Liang should really consider replacing them.

The lady at the front desk is appalling. She asked me if I was Russian, and I said no I'm from the UK, she said, and I quote, "Ah all you white guys look the same". How amazingly racist. I will say that the doctor is very professional, I would encourage him to recruit new staff and then his practice would be first class.

Can't give 0-star, which is what I really want to put. 1st visit : During registration nurse asked what's wrong with my son, told her flu, she told me "The flu medicine here not good one." I was very surprised. But went on ahead to see doctor since it was our first time. Indeed their Zrytec is not the pure Zrytec, it was those general Cetrizine. But well, this was the nearest clinic to my house under my company's insurance panel. 2nd visit: Wanted to see doctor to ask for referral for paediatrician, as my younger child has been coughing for almost 3weeks. During registration at the counter, I witnessed the nurses kept telling people to go home, because "too many people" and "too crowded" and "try another clinic". Then the nurse asked what's wrong with my child, I told her and she said "You can check yourself which PD your insurance cover mah." (Meaning to tell me I don't need to see doc). I replied her saying I am aware but need referral letter from GP to see the particular paediatrician we want to go. So she registered my younger child unwillingly, and then -with COVID on the rise, I decided to follow the other patients to wait OUTSIDE the clinic- I told the nurse "I will wait outside, thanks." After waiting for quite awhile I noticed the lady who came after us went inside the doctor room first. So I entered the clinic again and asked why. The nurse said "Aiyo I called your name so many times but no answer!" I was speechless. She called from over the counter, sitting down. The clinic was enclosed with all fully glass doors CLOSED, and the patients were all seated OUTSIDE the clinic. This is a seriously flawed system. They don't give out any queue numbers, they don't inform you how long you need to wait, they don't tell you how many people ahead of you, they just LET YOU WAIT there. The nurses saw us sitting right outside the clinic, it was only max 5-6m away from the counter. They asked most patients to wait outside the clinic, with the reason being COVID dont crowd inside - ok fair enough. But they did not bother to WALK out to call us when it is our turn. Instead they saw us still waiting outside, but they chose to SKIP us, thinking we will "eventually" realise it ourselves and walk back in? And when I finally entered doctor room, I told Dr Justin Leong about this incident, he seems totally nonchalant and unperturbed about this - it is almost like he has heard such feedback every day? Totally disappointed with such morals from a medical facility - There should be conscience from all these medically-certified professionals, but I have seen none at all from this clinic. PLEASE AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Since the nurses are constantly chasing people away as well, let's do them a favor by letting this clinic close down for good. We are also doing the public a good deed.
