Nuffield Medical Siglap

Thought Nuffield was good quality. Wrong. Small crowded, staff in sandals. Sent me to separate locality for imaging located in an HDB. Also small crowded, over booked. Waited 30min, even with an appointment. Public medical service feel, charging private rates.

Dr Lin has been my doctor for the last 4 years. He has a high degree of professionalism and compassion and always listens to his patients. I am quite a challenging patient, always erring on the side of holistic treatment and Dr Lin is always there to listen and advise accordingly. His staff are always helpful and courteous and as for test results, I am always astounded at how quickly he gets these back. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Lin and the practice, many of my friends now use it and people always comment on what a good GP he is.

We had just arrived in Singapore and I was recommended to Dr Lin buy a friend who said everyone goes to him. After taking my daughter to him yesterday for a bad fall on her eye, I just got a call from him personally to check on her. Never in my lifetime have I ever received a call from a doctor to follow up. It was a pretty nasty fall so I am sure it does not happen every time but It was kind of nice...like the good old days.

a friend referred me to dr lin as i was very confused after receiving 2 different diagnoses re the chronic pain i was suffering. dr lin patiently explained to me, in layman's terms, my medical condition and was very reassuring. i am very relieved and grateful that i accepted his recommendation and am on a gradual path towards recovery.

I booked my health screening with Nuffield and they accommodated me quickly since i have even decided to upgrade and take a more expensive package. After results came out a consultation with the doctor is included. I got the consultation and I left and went home and realized i forgot to ask doctor about a possible nasal drip that i am experiencing. I called the clinic at 135pm and they said doctor will be back at 2pm and will call. 2pm passed and no call. I called again at 3pm amd they said doctor will only be back at 4pm and will call me. 4pm passed and no call. icalled again at 515pm and the receptionist got irritated and informed me that shealready told me the doctor will call! I waited for 3 hours and they were the ones irritated???!!! What kind of receptionist is that? Their service at Nuffield dental was so much better than here in Siglap. They do not treat everyone fairly and just disregard others. Really very disappointed to think that they are supposed to be a well known company. No wonder their packages are so much cheaper than parkway. Cos the results and service is also very cheap and bad.

Nuffield Medical is an excellent medical centre that has a Superb Doctor - DR Lin K.W as well as very fast, efficient, helpful and friendly exemplary staff, noticeably Janet. I went there for my annual health screening and even though the clinic was full and packed, Janet made sure the entire process was fast and seamless (exactly what a very busy person like me appreciates as minimum time is spent waiting as the case in many other clinics). Doctor Lin is also very professional, friendly and a great personality who makes you feel at ease. Very good experience. I was so impressed I booked a medical screening for my helper immediately on the spot which subsequently turned out to be another A+ experience for both my helper and I. For all of you out there who wants to deal with fast, happy, efficient medical experts with high proficiency, I would HIGHLY recommend Nuffield.

Solid service and fantastic diagnostics. Wifey got an emergency dental procedures due to acute toothache. They were very nice and managed to stop her pain and refer her to a specialist. Make my day!

— Horrible experience with Nuffield Medical Orchard— One of the staff - he said his name is Jason Tan , Very rude to pregnant woman. When we feedback his rudeness, he told us to complain him, he doesn’t care because he is from the Nuffield management. This is what happened- In the check center , we have no idea that we need to bring passport, and we are trying to figure out what is necessary to bring with one of the staff. Jason Tan suddenly cut in our conversation, and said - we should have brought the passport. He even told his staff he wants to **monitor our PCR test ** in the PCR Room, to make sure his staff did it **in the correct way**. He is trying to threaten us in the center, and after we heard his warning to his staff, we walked away the center without doing PCR test - (even we paid but under this kind of threaten, it’s better not do it in the center) If you are looking for a good quality medical center, sincerely recommend you go to elsewhere.
