Disappointed with Raffles Medical. Been visiting the Siglap branch for years but when I phoned with a question and to make an appointment recently, no one answered. I tried numerous times to the same result. Reading the recent reviews, I guess my issue is not an isolated one. With the current Covid situation, no one really wants to run the risk of walking in for a doctor's appointment and have to wait ages in an enclosed space to be seen. Worse still would be to show up (since patients can't get the queries answered on the phone) and be told that the service one is looking for is not available. I won't be coming back.

Terrible experience, poor customer service. Reply on issue after a month? I was told I will get a full refund on the Conversation with RMG, (as wrong information provided) now an email reply on my refund a month later, I have to pay for admin fee

what’s the point of having a phone line if no one picks up the phone. On the website it shows X-rays as available service but Got referred to another place to take take my xray Have been waiting for 1 hour for a memo and address to the referred X-ray place

Think they are understaffed. Nurses are busy. No one picks up the phone and it is constantly ringing. The appointment system is a joke. Be prepared to wait and wait. Simple PCR tests take ages even with an appointment. Not recommend for PCR tests as you would be waiting with other sick patients for a long time.

Today is Sunday. I was trying to call for 2 hours in the morning to see if I could get an appointment for my son. No one answered my call so I thought maybe they were busy. I then decided to just go ahead to line up in the clinic to see the doctor. I got there, only two people were sitting there then someone from the clinic came up to me and told me there was no doctor at the clinic today. I told her I tried to call so many times but no one answered the phone. She told me they were busy with pre-testing for departure. I told her that apparently they don’t look busy at all and they probably should check how many people complained about no one picked up the phone in this clinic on their google review. My kid already doesn’t feel good and we had to waste time to come here for nothing just because the clinic receptionist/nurse didnt feel like to answer the phone. Perhaps raffle medical siglap should just cut your phone line then. I will never come back to raffle again. Raffle medical — completely over rated medical clinic.

Compelled to give a review here given the appalling customer service. Sent my helper for medical examination and clinic lost the cxr report that was sent to them, took forever to sign the forms, front desk NEVER picks up the phone. What eventually prompted this review is that the form got rejected by MOM because the doctor did not fill it up properly. Which means the fourth physical visit down to the clinic in Covid times for a routine helper checkup because they do not pick up the phone. Lots of angry customers in the queue when we visited.

Yes they don’t pick calls, there is long queue but I want to acknowledge the front desk lady (old One and also young one).. they are kind and empathetic. GP clinics in singpaore does seem to have long queues, I wish they could improve on picking calls

I booked an appointment through the app to be seen in the morning at Siglap Raffles Medical, and on arriving punctually, had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Whilst waiting, the phone could be heard ringing constantly behind the desk, and not once did they pick it up. I was tempted to pick it up myself. If you're trying to ring this place, don't bother. The doctor is a lovely chap, but unfortunately that doesn't warrant the awful service this place offers. I shan't be returning and would encourage anyone who doesn't like sitting in a chair for 2 hours to do the same.
