β β β β β The hum jin peng here is wonderful. Crispy and warm in the outside with a mouth feel that's reminiscent of the one at Maxwell market. The interior is fluffy and soft with a appetizing saltiness and an appropriate tinge of 5 spices.
Definitely a must-try when you visit the boon keng area.
