NEVER engage Lifecare!! 3 personnel came to transport my father from SGH to his home. With 3 personnel, you would expect more attention and care but it is far from true! They failed to position my father properly on the trolley which caused his stroke paralysed hand to be pinched against the stretcher trolley. A 5cm diameter skin patch was ripped from his hand! Upon discovering the bleeding wound at my father's place, all 3 personnel lack compassion and professionalism to attend to his wound immediately! Instead they lifted him from the stretcher trolley and left!! My father has no means to walk to a clinic to seek medical attention at all. He is diabetic and to have a wound like that is worrying.
Besides training lapse, there is NO BASIC CARE, NO HUMAN COMPASSION from Lifecare crew immediately when the incident happened.
DO NOT ENGAGE LIFECARE for your loved ones' safety!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Life Care Ambulance for the past few years to transport my mum (93 yrs ex-stroke patient), every now and then the driver and medic (nurse) are different but they are alway polite and patience.
Most important, the medic always smile and greet my mum, assure her not to worry while he took her temperature, blood pressure and oxygen level. They also ensure that my mum position is relax prior they lifted her over the stretcher, inside the ambulance sometimes in the night, they will asked whether my mum need extra blanket, so what more can I asked for? A big THANK YOU to Life Care!
