Spoken tu this staff Ahmad Firdaus bin soban and Mohd shakir bin Ali...as they promise to transfer my dad from cgh to sgh...after 30min they reply they can’t make it...what the hell you guys doing to a person in a state of life and death...and the way they talk in a phone very rude...this company should be shut down..they deserved no star actually

I am very satisfied with their experience and service provided. Ambulance arrived punctually and the patient was handled with due care during the 2 ways transfer from home/hospital.

Worst service. Not reliable at all. On 2 separate occasion i called and booked their service and they forgotten about it. I thought the first time was a genuine mistake and i gave it a 2nd chance and it happened again. You definitely dont want your love ones to miss hospital appointments because of their bad service. Automate their booking system and i may consider using their service again. They deserve 1 star due to their friendly and caring staff.

Called up this private ambulance service under Speedoc. 65354388 / 81808948 Very patient & very caring tele-customer service officer Ms Linda, whom follow up closely on my ambulance order at midnight. Thks so much. Ambulance crew Mr Ahmad and Mr Aswadi were both very helpful and professional. Thanks! Greatly appreciately of the whole team's service in times of urgency. Thank you so much.

Booked for transfer to and fro between our home and the hospice for my father who is on weekend leave. Transfer from hospice to home was of no issue. Return transfer from home to hospice is extremely problematic. Ambulance was to arrive at 8pm. Here is the sequence of events and incompetencies throughout. 8:05pm, gave them a call and was told that ambulance is stuck in a jam and will be there shortly. 8:20pm, called them and now they said that they thought the transfer was cancelled. They said that ambulance will be there in 20mins. Coming from Sengkang. 8:50pm, the ambulance came just as I was about to give another call. Best part. 9:00pm, received a message from my sister-in-law, who is accompanying my father, said that one of them said that no payment was made for the transfer yesterday. I had to whatsapp my SIL a picture of the receipt. To sum, they were late, there was severe miscommunication along the line, can’t keep track of their payments and receipts. Such gross imcompetence should never be expected from an ambulance service under any circumstances, even more so with the transfer of terminally sick patience like my father.

Worst experience encountered. Staff not professional, behave like a thug. First impression will make you think twice of boarding. Low in knowledge, they seriously need to overlook their staff. No dedication on medical line. Saw them couple of time, patient handling is way too far from standard.

This is our first time we engaged Comfort service to convey my mum for medical appointment at the hospital. We have a very bad experience as they were almost 30 mins late then came not prepared. The handling of the elderly is not professional.
