★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Customer Service & Sherie (if i spelled it correctly) is very willing to answer all of my questions since I really don't have the knowledge, she well explained to me about the fluorescent light, the warranty thing etc. Highly recommended ?? If I have to buy more, I'll buy in here, that's for sure ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. NO REPLY. Bought LED lightings and switches from this shop end of last year. Early this year LED failed. Asked boss if ballast spoiled or LED since he was the one who came to installed...No reply. Ask for receipt to show before he can answer. I screenshots my chatting with boss before and after my purchases. Read mails but no reply. Send question again and call office to call back. NO REPLY. Massage read too. So ok...may be I buy new one then. Ask for prices...same NO REPLY. This dragged on for weeks. Do not recommend . Buy on line through Wish or Geek. A fractions of the price and no ballast needed which can cost 20 dollars from this shop. Cheap and good replacement from Geek. Sometimes free also. Only pay shipment of 3 to 5 dollars.
