★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 5 fans and other accessories over here, last year before we shifted in. We bought around October if I'm not mistaken. All the fans except for 2 are ok. The fan either stop by itself or the controller doesn't work. We called them up and they came over 3 times, not immediately to repair but the same problem persists!. We had to buy an extra fan for Master bed room when it suddenly stopped in the middle of the night. The room where my baby sleeps. We arranged for someone to come over but they only came more than a week later, so we had to get a stand fan. After that one of my common rooms, the same thing happened! Living room fan will stop, than off by itself. They keep saying it's the controller and change it but I don't think it is cause it happened again. Now 2 rooms fans are making so much of creaking sound. I think its the production batch! So much of money wasted:(
