Bought lights for over 600 dollars from them yet the sales lady at the Ubi branch, Sundy, was incredibly rude to me when I went to ask for a replacement of a faulty LED strip they had sent. Also faced delivery issue when firstly she missed the delivery date that was initially agreed upon. Then she told me another delivery date and sent the items l2 days before that to my house that was under renovation with no one there to collect it. Same excuse as what some others have complained about that she has no control over the delivery service. Then why the hell do othet brands bother giving customers scheduled delivery dates. Overall products are okay but Sundy needs a real attitude check.

We went to the Ubi oxley biz hub branch and was served by Sundy the owner. Sad to say, all the bad reviews here are valid as I experienced the same. Each time I went to the shop she would refuse to explain how to use the lights, claiming she β€œtaught me before”. She would heave and sigh and even raised her voice at me couple of times in her thick Chinese accent. She sold me a faulty light which tripped my dashboard then put the blame on my electrician. The light delivery also reached a day later and we had to delay the electrician. This all added up to a very unnecessarily bad experience. You can get all these lights cheaper on shoppee or taobao so I’ll say: skip all the drama and don’t come here.

I don’t usually post negative reviews but I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with Sundy, the salesperson at the Oxley Bizhub branch. We purchased some lights from her and later purchased additional LED light strips to change the colour of our lighting, assuming that they would fit the lights perfectly. However, after travelling to Woodlands to collect the lights and engaging an electrician to install the light strips, the electrician realised that both sets of additional LED strips did not fit the lights we had initially purchased. We alerted Sundy to the issue and she claimed that she did not know - and could not have known - that they wouldn’t be suitable even though she knew the models of lights we had purchased AND knew what sort of specifications the original light strips had, and insisted the mistake wasn’t hers. She offered to exchange the light strips to ones that would be suitable for our lights, but did not want to compensate us for having to once again hire an electrician to come down to our unit to install them. 1) It completely baffles me how someone who sells and advises people on lighting can claim that she had no idea how the lights would work even with all the facts in front of her. And at no point did she communicate the risk of the light strips not being compatible with the lights we had purchased, which was also negligent on her part. 2) Her attitude towards problem solving was ugly and not well-intentioned in any sense; she seemed only interested in making sure that the blame did not fall on her. When we asked if we could speak to someone else about the issue because it didn’t seem like she was receptive to talking things through, she said we could only talk to her and there wouldn’t be anyone else we could contact about this. I sincerely hope that the company will look into this personnel matter and rectify it asap because it seems that many others have had unpleasant experiences with Sundy too.

Sold me poor quality faulty light and kept saying we tempered with the lighting even tho she tested and we witnessed as it blew up her electricity box. In the end, my light switch needed fixing as well. If you don’t want to waste your time having to go down again to change lights, I suggest you choose more reliable shops. Owner scolds customers and refuses to do demo as well, even though I bought more than $400 of lights from her. Genuinely surprised they are still in business.. her attitude is horrendous!!

Beware and be extremely careful before ordering online. I ordered 3 items online and the webpage showed it was in stock. After ordering I get a phone call telling me that 1 item is "out of stock". I requested for a refund, but was rejected. A very rude lady on the line simply refused to refund and told me to buy some other stuff ( which I obviously didn't want). Pathetic customer service from this particular lady. I didn't have the time to pursue this refund issue further and hence reluctantly purchased some other items. The guy at the warehouse was extremely friendly though when i went to purchase the stuff. But please be VERY VERY cautious, double check to ensure stock is available before ordering. Once you order you are at the mercy of this rude lady.

A small store (not showroom), not much bigger than a badminton court, tucked away in the 6th lvl of Oxley Biz Hub. To get there, you have to take an industrial grade lift to the 6th lvl, walk through a common corridor with mostly closed stores. The photos here are deceiving.

I enquired about bay lighting for my new office and I sent over my floorplan to the customer service personnel on the other end of the whatsapp business account. The coconuttree personnel keep questioning about light density, but I mentioned I am not an expert and not a contractor, and would like some advise on the matter based on the floorplan. The personnel then said the floorplan has no detailed measurements. Yes, perhaps there were no detailed measurements, but on the floorplan, it is clear on the rough size, based on the tables and cabinets. It seemed that coconuttree is not interested in doing business, and ended the whatsapp message with "OK. BYE". What terrible attitude!
