LBS is very understanding and went beyond to assist me. Deliveries are very timely and even store up my orders knowing there might be supply issues. Invoices and quotes are very clear and managed by very responsive staffs.

I was highly recommended by my contractor to purchase sinks, showers, lights and vanity products.When both my wife and I went there, the staff saw us and didn't even came forward to render any assistance. They were so called busy entertaining some lady customers. We were walking around the place for 15mins and yet no one came forward. It was like as though we were invisible or they thought we didn't have money to purchase the items. Their customer service is really terrible. We had to ask for them to serve us. Their answer to us is no staff. They don't even have basic customer services or greetings when people comes to visit their shop.

The stuffs sold there there was wayyyy overpriced. Our mistake was we didnt do any pricing research before purchasing. We just buy whatever that we needed for our new house in the shop and paid the full amount!! After which, we found out that all of the items was atleast 25-50% more than what you can find out there! Such expensive mistake to be coming here have learnt our lesson ?So please do your due research first before purchasing from this shop. We wanted to exchange our sink for dining light and the salesperson quoted us $600+. Found SIMILAR light at another online shop and only paid $95. If you want to markup your pricing, please be reasonable!!

I'm quite a detailed person, I love to ask things like pro and cons , warranty .. customer service is important. Vann had won me over . He explains well with all my requirements. and most importantly the overall price .. even letting me know about ONSITE WARRANTY which I feel it is very important. After comparing with a few company. I was grateful with their aftersales services. I arranged for delivery , no delays no missing item , everything goes well. Even though I'm not there for receiving. They sent me proof of items photos that is safe in my unit . Well placed as per photos attachment. And see all my bathrooms and kitchen item looks gorgeous right after installed ? I will definitely recommend my friends in future. Thank you LBS UBI! Keep up the kudos job VANN . Some tips for you people , do remember to book appointment from them . Because choosing of kitchen to bathroom to lighting item can takes more then an hours. ..
