★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem! Authentic & yummy dishes. We love the 海鲜炒幼面 / hai xian chao mian xian / seafood noodles & 红糟鸡面线 (red rice wine chicken mee sua) among others. Seafood noodles come with fresh prawns & clams, really great value for money. There's a recent sign board change and this stall seems to be known as 福州小食 now. Still the same boss/chef though.
