This is a hidden unknown carrot cake/cai tao kuay stall that's worth mentioning,as its tucked amongst the many stalls at the Bukit Merah Central Good Center. Home made carrot cake,the lady owner certainly fried them to the best crisp version,be it white or black version,and very generous with her cai poh/dried radish! Somehow,the carrot taste better than the higher price Heng Heng at Newton or those at Chomp Chomp. For chilli customers,reminds her to add more chilli,as she's rather stingy with it,as that will bring out the whole aroma of the carrot cake when its spicy!great portion at heartland pricing of $3.00 & $4.00! This stall operates only mornings till 3pm latest,usually gets sold out by 2.00pm...expect small queue during peak lunch time,as she will have help from her lady neighbour stall owner next to it to expedite the ordering & packing of the cai tao kuay!

Very nice auntie but the fried carrot cake was only so-so. Also, e-payment was not available.
