Limited Edt

Had to queue to go into the shop. But queue moves quite fast. Lady at shop is not very friendly but ensures that everyone checks in.

Received vouchers from my friend as b'day gift but the vouchers are not redeemable at all. Tried emailing them 4 months ago but no replies. Tried calling the outlets but all they could do was to ask me to send in emails. Ridiculous! Scammer shop! Avoid at all cost!

Went down to the queensway branch for a specific pair of sneakers that was out of stock in the 313 branch. Was attended to by Aaron and he was extremely helpful and friendly, spent almost an hour conversing with him and he was patient enough to give me plenty of advices and pointers when it came to post purchase shoe care and what to look out for when examining new purchases for defects or damages. Since it was a monday there wasn't much customer traffic, Aaron was kind enough to help do a throughout wipedown of the sneakers as well as helped examine the intricate stitching to ensure quality excellence. Overall a great dude to chat with and he's also well versed in the footwear knowledge, made my trip down worth the time.

Bought a new pair of sneakers today. Staff was very friendly and slowly explaining the different kind of shoes. Being a very indecisice person it made my purchase swiftly and less hassle.

5/10 friendliness 10/10 collection of shoes 4/10 waiting time was not as great as I envisioned since they do promote themselves well on platforms like Instagram, there were many shoe options to choose from and of course, there were limited edition ones too, living up to their name. some negatives from my visit was firstly that the staff did not prioritise customers who were waiting to enter (the shop had 4 out of 10 people inside) and I ended up waiting quite a while even though should've been able to enter (they hung a chain across the entrance) *note: this is for limited edition - underground* secondly, the staff that attended to me seemed to have his reservations about helping me since he did not look very welcoming, and when I requested shoe sizes for 2 pairs of vans, he took quite long to find my shoe size. In the end, I needed to get another shoe with the same size but yet AGAIN the staff did not seem to be very proactive in his actions and did not ask if I had any preferences or such, which I felt was lacking from such an acclaimed store.

Superb Experience while inside this shop . Speechless but expected as limited edt always good as it is . Damn its a good scenery !

Great place for people looking for shoe collaborations. Shoes are unique. Owner is knowledgeable (knows which shoes are narrower/wider). Though I did not get a shoe(couldn’t find one suitable), service was great.
