β β β β β My first visit to the shop on 14th April 2021 at about 1030 am and purchased Instant Water heater and bathroom accessories. I was attended by the sales person Miss Mei, who gave professional product advice and recommendations, indeed she was couteous, friendly, patiently answered to my question on the products. She deserved the excellent service award in handling customers like us. Miss Mei well done, keep up the good work done and also the company Universal Union Enterprises derserved to be praised, also not forgetting Mr David deserved to praised too.?????

β β β β β Visited the shop on 21 Nov 2020 between 7 to 7.30pm. The first time to be served by a shop staff who is not passionate to introduce their products and reluctance to share details of their toilet bowls.
It begins with introduction of a brand and the staff walks off to her desk to rest, if need further clarification will require to walk to her desk and inquire politely with her again. She barely introduced 2 brands to me.
I have no idea how this shop is being rated so well in google map. Anyway this is my sharing of experience with the shop. Good luck for other shoppers.

β β β β β Now that I am settled down in my new home, I just got to write a good review for Wendy. We have bought 2 toilet bowls, Fujioh hood+hob and a kitchen sink from this shop because of her. Since from the start when we were still window shopping for our items, she had been kind, informative, patient and polite in introducing what we needed. Subsequently, when we were ready to purchase the items, she tried her very best to match our price requests. Delivery was smooth, communication was a breeze, and after sales for all items were good. She is such a sweet and hardworking lady. Renovation and house moving was daunting for me but I thank God we have met WENDY, and part of the process was delightful because of her. Highly recommended to engage Wendy. WENDY δΈηΊ§ζ£!

β β β β β Purchased and paid for the installation of two water heaters. After installation, one of the pipes sprung a slow leak, contacted the shop and the workmen came and did some tightening of the pipes and left. Another part of the pipe started to leak, called them again and took them 2 days to return and were 5hrs late for the agreed appointment time - wasted half a day waiting for them and the lame excuse given was they were stuck at a previous appointment. Another part of the L-bend connector started to leak, called and they came for the 4th time to fix the issue. A day later, the same part started leaking again. I had to fix it myself because they can only attend in Jan21! Don't buy from them... please.

β β β β β Donβt ever go this shop to get household appliances. I bought water heater from them and they sold me spoilt and defective water heater which cost me $250. The leaking is from the blue outlet itself.
I called their salesperson and reported the matter and didnβt help to resolve. She say she fax the invoice to Ariston. The worst is Ariston donβt bother reply you.
I have terrible experience in this shop. Hope you guys out there end up like me. Donβt patronise this shop.

β β β β β The website basically is only to look nice, there are no prices there to help us in our purchase and the useless cart. The contact numbers provided is no response, no one pick up at all. The enquiry form is not working. I wonder is the company is actually in business. I will think twice now even going down the shop.
