She is extremely knowledgeable and would patiently explain the treatments, products and benefits of them despite me repeatedly asking the same. She has been rather nice to accommodate my requests to schedule my appointments on selected days and time, especially in the past couple of years or so where my schedules were not so flexible due to the frail health of my late Mum. I am grateful to her for being so understanding and really appreciate her professionalism. Thank you, Cheryl, for that!
