Owner was very nice to run through the new updates and replacement parts with us and recommended how to best use the machine at its age. Although our machine is one of the older models from 2019, it was still in very very good condition and highly sturdy and reliable at 3 years old. Highly recommend lionsforge for home safe laser cutters!

To ensure we truly know how to operate the system, owner ran through with us the operating procedures and many very useful recommendation to maintain and optimise the usage of the machine. The laser cutter is also easy to operate for teenagers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coordinated a purchase of a laser cutter from LionsForge as part of the equipment upgrade for the school’s maker space.
The laser cutter is definitely a plus as it does not require a license from NEA to operate which meant that students are able to use it for creating their own projects.
Easy to use and fuss free, it is a definite recommend for fellow colleagues in the fraternity as well as all maker enthusiasts.
Kudos to Kee Wee for the tremendous after-sales support offered and informative training sessions provided.

The portability of the machine and the excellent, highly responsive customer service is another major plus. I added several of my own enhancements to the machine to suit my requirements, and I received very helpful guidance from LionsForge to make these changes safely and efficiently.
I have used the machine to create a variety of laser cut and engraved products, largely using wood and acrylic materials. I am highly pleased with the performance and the ease of use. Hats off to LionsForge once again! I sincerely hope you can come up with more amazing products for the benefit of the maker community :D
