★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really exceptional service. I was stuck trying to find bits and pieces of an outfit and, in an act of faith, sent a picture of the look I was after to whoever mans the FB page. Within 10 minutes, I had options and a solution, with some additional ideas for my consideration. 30 minutes in, I had paid online, and the items were ready for pickup. I have experienced good service, but switch-on problem solving and creative ideas - even for something like a party outfit? I was really pleasantly surprised. There are far larger organisations that would do well to take a leaf out of your books. Thank you, guys.
