Good day, I sent in an enquiry and received no response from Lithan Course consultant. When I finally do, he forwarded me the link. I tried calling to speak to him (Zac) and he replied he was busy engaging in meetings. Honestly, in this realistic world, everyone is "busy" and occupied but it depends on whether who is willing to work with passion, dedication and responsibilities. I sent in another enquiry while I am taking short courses with NTUC Learning Hub. They have dedicated well-spoken consultants and an efficient Call Center who are ready to serve and relate messages within a day. I received a call from Sarah today and she mis-interpreted and put words into my mouth. Totally, she lacks soft skill, interpersonal skills, listening skills and empathy for people especially during this tough period. Lastly, selecting a candidate should be measure based on a good guideline/criteria and not measure simply by he/she does not expose to "Pivot Tables" at work. Over the phone for less than 5 minutes, Sarah told me that I am not eligible for the course. Reason, I do not know Pivot Tables. If that's the case, most of the children will not be eligible to attend Primary school in Singapore because they do not know Algebra . Hopefully, the system (Zac claimed) will allow the officer/client to have a longer turn around time to revert to each other. Since Zac claimed he was busy attending meetings. I, sincerely hope both officers will be able to bring in business to your organization with their working attitudes. Best Regards

It was a great institution at least in terms of providing support to struggling students before the circuit breaker by the lecturer. When the whole course went online, there's when it started to go haywire. It's such a struggle to catch up in class that I gave up on trying to catch up with the neckbreaking pace of the classes. At first, the Admin staff will ask after you but they forgotten about you after sometime. So here I am, neither here or there afte rmore than a year.

Cost like $8k for a basic course cert before subsidy. Might be cheaper to get pt dip instead. Many inconvenience happen such as schedule change without informing students, missing videos because someone didnt check links. Worst of all today, access to lab for students is suddenly cut off! This means we cant do assignment and we have a schedule to follow.

The mentors are so sketchy, they told us that they are a fullstack web developer, but if we try to ask for their guidance on a certain issue, they will tell us to watch a guide/references from youtube. If not so, they'll recommend you to look it up on google. And if you still don't understand from the references you've looked on, they'll tell you "keep practicing, keep looking, and ask for someone who understand that problem". A few friends of mine who can't learn something by their own selves are struggling to follow the material subjects, they oftenly asked me to help them on their projects. I was so confused why did they kept asking me to help them. And they told me, the problem was the mentor. The mentor keep telling them to look for references relating to their problems, not a direct guidance on solving the issues.

I took a course at this academy at first the consultant say you need 75% to pursue further. I even did my project and submitted my assignment and graded competent. The consultant was the person to call me back and ask if I would like to further my course I agree with her. In the end she msg me that the evaluator does not support my decision as I have difficulties on my projects. Students who feel they are good at the topic please pursue the course but if you are a beginner or not familiar or taking the course for a career switch please don't waste your time and money.

Attended a 2.5 days wkshop. Class size was big at 45 persons (or so), even the instructors commented as well that it was a big class. Think learning at small class size wld have been better. At the end of the day, when the instructor finished the content slightly ahead of time, we were told we cannot be dismissed but instead was told due to government audit, we have to stick around (doing nothing!) till 6pm. Incredible. Given feedback to them. #govtfundedprogrammes

The full-time digital marketing diploma course offered a very rich curriculum that all essentials are taught. Is an excellent course with a varied trainers. The assessment really ensures that my classmates and I can perform independently the digital tasks at workplace without any further orientation.
