★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 slices of New York Cheesecake, 1 slice of Oreo Cheesecake and 1 slice of French Vanilla Crepe Cake - All of them were bad.
Portion - Slices were smaller than most cake shops. The crepe cake was especially disappointing. The layers of the cake were thin and the cut of the slice was very thin as well.
Taste - The oreo cheesecake was frozen in the middle and we were literally biting ice and cake. The new york cheesecake tasted fine for the first few bites, until we hit a spot that tasted bad. That particular portion tasted like yeast.
One of us who ate the cake had stomachache and diarrhoea later in the evening.

After my last review I bought 2 whole cakes, the Tiramisu cake was delicious but the chocolate cake was super dry and old. I brought it to a birthday party and everyone was really disappointed!
Then I bought multiple slices of apple pie, which were slimmy and on the turning point.
Decided to give them another try and then they tried to upsell me the large Tiramisu cake instead of the small one (which we needed for 4 people). I was told that the bigger one was better than the small one!
This is not what I call customer friendly, as I was not offered a replacement for the old spoiled apple pie slices nor for the old cake at least store credit or a voucher.
I supported them for a long time but won't anymore! Kind of sad, as I actually liked their cakes and pies when they started out.

Anyways, posting other people's conversations, shows how desperate some people are.
People can judge themselves, here and foodpanda, then they will see the quality of your stuff your selling!

From once good apple pie to now slimmy apple pie! Sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen and sometimes slimmy. Too risky for me to get sick. If a cake or pie is turning bad or past its expiration date, then you should dispose of it, instead of selling it to your customers.
