Bought Ang ku kueh, kueh salat, Nasi Lemak, nasi dardar, glutinous rice, fan choy, tarts, tapioca cakes, mooncake piglets, white sugar cake, brown sugar cake, lumpur udang, durian ah boon, kueh Kor Swee, char siew bao, lian rong bao, chicken bao ,….. and a lot of random stuff… not all are in photo cos we ate some. All cheap and either great or decent quality for $44.10!

Love the kueh kueh & all staff service! Been going down to buy food from the shop almost every weekend and during occasions where we need Huat-kueh 发糕 for prayers. Moon cake varieties are also more than decent! Their in-house Molly’s “reduced sugar” 冰皮mooncake caught our eye as we are very health conscious folks and we were so surprised when they tasted really good for just $2.80 for a box of 4 variants!! Yummy!! We also like the taste of the 5 coloured 鸡蛋糕 and also the Nonya kueh. Highly recommended!

?If only I could rate 0. Never in my life have I discarded food and today I threw $6 of kuehs in the bin! Took a bite of Ubi Kayu (yellow) but had to spat out right away. How on earth is this place rated so highly??

I love their Tou Sa Piah (Saltish) and Hokkien Pork dumpling. Cheaper if buy in qty of 10. As for Otah, I need to try first before I can feedback again. Will try out other stuffs in their store when I go there again. The staffs there are quite nice and willing to serve you if you have any doubts about their products. They will answer you promptly… I believe they have a factory at defu lane. Mostly their products are mostly freshly made. As you can notice some good ones are sold out instantly they will replenish when empty. From there you will know that it is damn good ? I just tried their Otah. I personally feel that their Otah can be much better and there is room for improvement. I have ate much better one at Commonwealth. This is my feedback

Chanced upon this shop after having my breakfast at the hawker. Btw parking is convenient. I was amazed by the wide variety of kuehs, traditional nasi lemak wrapped in banana leaf, dumplings, cakes, spring rolls.. You name it they have it. Expect big crowd but well managed by the Staff due to Social distancing. Bought the Ang Gu kueh...skin was just nice.. Not too thick and they don't save on the fillings.

Not sure if it is because I'm getting old. Recently reminiscing the childhood snack food such as nyonya kuehs I would buy to have afternoon tea during the weekends to skip lunch. Decided to Google for cheap and good kuehs and I found this shop. They are indeed cheap but only the Kueh lapis is not up to standard. They don't really peel off that well. In terms of that, I prefer those from Ang Mo Kio Nyonya Kueh. However, all other kuehs are good and cheap. They even have otahs and nasi lemak!

Follow social media review to buy some kueh home as my parents have a liking for kueh. We bought the fried carrot cake, was kind of hard, ubi kayu is hard also and not much taste but not sweet which i prefer. My sis bought the yam cake too, was just so so. My mum said lapis sagu is tasty though. Lastly, recommended by the cashier - otah was not bad. For the price i will just say okay. But wouldn't come back again though. The cashier staff is really friendly and there are plenty of choices but don't expect high quality for the price you are paying.

I don’t normally leave any negative review, but feel compelled to this time. The quality has become really terrible. Molly’s is a traditional brand, but today, the kuehs I bought were so terrible in taste and quality. The ondeh ondeh has very distinct BITTERNESS in taste, and the texture is not cooked through aka HARD. The gula melaka inside is in a very weird light milky brown, a colour that I had never seen in an ondeh ondeh ever, and it doesn’t taste like gula melaka at all. I had to spit it out. I gave the shop hotline a call to feedback, they immediately quickly say they got the supplies from a supplier, not made by them. Wow, how is that my business? And Wow, so the kuehs are not made by your own factory anymore? No wonder they tasted so bad! The lapis sagu (jiu ceng gao) is also very hard and the taste is very artificial, the taste of essence is too much, tasted like cough medicine gosh. I am writing this negative review to try and wake whoever that’s managing the business now up. You are running a traditional, quality down to the ground and into the drain. The kuehs I bought really tasted terrible, try it to believe it, and you will know what I mean. At this rate, customers will never return ever again… it really is that bad. There goes a long-time, traditional brand….. down the drain.
