β β β β β Iβve been a massive fan of little farms for years. This is not my first time at the bistro @ Katong but will probably be the last. Coffee took almost 30 mins to arrive, in fact the food came first (but they got my order wrong, so I had to wait even longer). Scrambled eggs were clumpy and overcooked, definitely not worth the price and the wait. Super disappointed with my visit today :( Youβre probably better off buying the ingredients from the adjacent grocer and whipping it up yourself.

β β β β β Nice set up and itβs smart to have their mart stuff on the menu, so guests can taste the product and knowing which is the best to buy. Overall the meal was ok with some hits and misses. Will I come back, yes! Itβs a perfect place for a nice gathering over decent food and drinks. What was disappointing was the cheese board, itβs as if zero effort on it just to serve us the parmesan cheeses And blue cheese as if it was the leftover trimming from the kitchen. Something to look into it, please.

β β β β β Nice place, good food and friendly staff. Will come back. The food served are western themed. E.g: burgers, pasta and sandwiches. The mains are priced in the range of about $20 plus but the portion is generous. The sourdough bread is nice and does not taste too sour.

β β β β β ? Really nice and chilling place to dine in - tried both Alfresco style and indoor seating and got to say I prefer the outdoor setting more! If you are seated next to the carpark entrance especially, you get the hint of cold wind from the aircon on the inside, and the cool natural breeze from the bustling street - best of both worlds!
? Food was great too, the seafood linguine was generously portioned with crab meat, lined against their sauce and Al dente linguine, canβt ask for more ??
βοΈ Mocha was decent, will look forward to try out their chocolate someday too! Update: Their chocolate was amazing! Really thick and flavourful, just the kind which I love ??

β β β β β A decent little place for breakfast. Smashed avo on toast with poached eggs was lovely. Unfortunately they tried 3 times and just couldnβt get my coffee order right. Try to sit outside as the vibe is a bit better.

β β β β β Fresh is the first word that came to mind after having brunch last weekend. We had Avocado toast, NZ King Salmon, Reuben Rye, Fish & Chips, Wagyu Burger and Buttermilk Pancake. Most memorable among them are the Wagyu Burger (based from my brother), Reuben Rye (a little dry for my sis but it was just right for me especially the Sauerkraut - it created a balance to the taste) and the winner is the Buttermilk Pancake. It was just the right amount of fluffiness, not too thick and not too thin and the syrup made it sing. ? Would I recommend it to friends? It was a little pricey for brunch but I would recommend it for those who would like to try something a little different than the usual breakfast or lunch in a cool ambiance surrounded by wines and freshest food.

β β β β β The overall package was good. The place was nice, cool and clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Food was ok. The wagyu beef brisket was interesting and reminded me of fajita stuffing. Fish and chips came with mashed up edamame instead of mushy peas (That didnβt work for me). We had trouble finishing the pork cutlet because it was too dry. The Penne Carbonara was the best among what we ordered. Large drinks menu but tailored for adults with little choice for kids, except for water, which they charge $1 per pax, for waterβ¦ Also note that the menu posted on the website is outdated.

β β β β β I like al fresco cafes (even more so due to the pandemic) so I was happy to sit at Little Farms, nursing a tumeric latte on a sunny afternoon.
It was heavily spiced, just how I like it. Having said that, it was really sweet - I have to remember to ask for no sugar. Or sugar by the side.
Everything here is organic, so be prepared to pay a premium. My latte was in the region of $7-8.
The cake display had many cakes. They looked good but I passed on them partly due to the price, and partly to watch my intake.
Will be back again, since I often visit Joo Chiat.
