However, school admin is really inflexible.. I know the original policy says no replacement for missed class, and they did give 1 makeup class when he had HFMD previously.
but this time around, he was given 5 days MC due to a cough (though negative ART) and they were unwilling to give another replacement class cos they have to follow the 'policy'. in this time, do you expect me to bring him for class if he is given an MC?
I had wanted to convert him to a permanent class with you guys, but your inflexibility has cost your another client!
