Had decent pulls from pokemon tcg booster packs. Prices are not as competitive vs online stores or even some other brick and mortar places but i guess rental is expensive in the city area so can cut them some slack.

Great place with super friendly staff as well as awesome products! Always going over there with my friends for their kuji, would recommend their store to my friends who are interested in anime or just interested in trying out their luck with their Kuji! HAHA

My go to place for Anime related merchandizes and Ichiban Kuji! Conveniently located and prices are very competitive, PO prices is among the cheapest too! Staff in store tries to be as helpful as possible, thumbs up! :)

this shop is terrible, cause i’ve spend so much money here BUT I ENJOYED & AM HAPPY WITH MY BUYS ? staff was super friendly please. didn’t know how to play kuji & the boss actually was very nice to explain to me & my friend. & then, boom we kept playing hahaha. i swear it’s so addictive ? their collections is really nice, bought some for my friends / relatives. if you guys are into collectibles of animes etc, you may visit TCB, no regrets, really. you can even preorder online ??

i online buy a pre order item. pending for arrival. so far i been there with my son and my mum to look for figurine and more we need. oh my! my shelves needed a bigger space. 3 of us are hobbyist collector.. we collected demon slayer, sword art online and more.. very reasonable pricing..

My go-to store for kuji plays! They always have many options there and the price is affordable! Staff there are always welcoming and friendly! They also sells a lot of collectables online and in store so it’s very convenient for me to get the stuff I want.

my go-to place to play ichiban kuji as they have a wide variety to choose from and the price is reasonable! staff are all super friendly as well and even told me about the second chance for kuji tickets. also bought some anime merchandise as well and they also have regular promotions which makes it more affordable!!

My go-to online store for pre-orders of figurines, nendoroids and any other collectibles. Their updates and response here is pretty good and timely. It's a smooth process overall. Unfortunately, when I went down to their physical store for the first time, I'm beyond appalled and disgusted by their service level. I went down on a weekend to try out Kuji for the first time. Being a new Kuji player, I had a couple of questions here and there and asked the female staff nicely. To my questions, she answered in a "you dont say manner" and gave a rather short and crude answer. Never mind that, I came for the Kuji. I decided to buy out the whole board eventually and whilst the young male staff was very nice and hyping me to open up all the tickets for fun and congratulating me for bringing home the prizes, the female staff made a snarky response, "Why bother opening all the tickets when you buy out everything already? It's yours already." Firstly, I've never asked for her opinion, Secondly, as mentioned, I bought out the whole board, it is my decision to do what I want with my tickets. Thirdly, the whole point of playing Kuji is about the experience isn't it? This being my first Kuji experience with TCB really will make me deter away from playing Kuji here next time. Aside from her snarky remarks here and there, when packing my kuji items, she simply swept all the lower prizes into the bag without any care. Yes, they are cheap merch, but there was no need for her to sweep it into the bag. The least you could do was pack it into the bag in an orderly manner. If this is how my experience at the physical store is like, it really makes me re-think back all the past support I had with TCB. I still have so many outstanding pre-orders for them and I hope they don't abuse my merch when packing for delivery.
