Bought a transformers Masterpiece here and regretted it. 1. Box opened before - original tape cut and taped over again. 2. No instruction manual inside. 3. Had numerous paint scratches on an almost $300 toy even before removing it. 4. Was told immediately upon bringing up these issues after opening up the box that there would be no refund, when I hadn't even mentioned it. 5. I just wanted an explanation for why these problems occurred and asked them to check with their supplier to prevent such issues from happening again so that their business would not suffer unnecessary losses. Also asked whether the remaining stock for this item had these issues too. 6. I mentioned that I would prefer not to escalate it to CASE if it could be resolved with the store. 7. Store said blocked me, a paying customer, on my mobile phone. No restitution or even a new manual. Enough said. P.S. this post will be updated if necessary.

This is the definition of a real toy store and a real toy store owner! The owner is a true fan and collector. He has a wonderful selection of boxed and unboxed toys. He was willing to work with me on a large purchase and I will appreciate it for as long as I am able to. Thank you so much for adding to my childhood memories.

Hidden gem for transformers collectors and very convienient as it's a sheltered walking distance from city hall. The shop is small but do gives a fair price on the items. It does have a website too, so advice for those shopping there visit the website first.
