Response To Kelll Sz review : Once again we wish to clarify what transpired between you and the tailor we have no idea and we do not earn a single cent from your alteration fees with the tailor. The tailor was recommended to you after we asked that do you have any preferred tailor of your own, which you did not have. Next to your gown issue; you have left out 2 important facts in your review : 1. After alteration you have tried on the gown in the presence of your bf at the tailor shop during collection and did not voice any issue on the gown. 2. After collecting the gown, you raised the issue of your gown was loosen after the alteration 11 days after you have collected your gown. Despite the above when you approach Lizzie we stil acted out of goodwill to help you to talk to the tailor on your behalf to see can we help on your gown issue. Therefore, shifting the blame to Us is unfair as our responsibility is only to the sale of the gown as when you altered the upper part of the dress under your instructions and now causes the dress to significant looks loosen has nothing to do with us. We can only Empathise and try to assist in whatever way we can. Hope for your kind understanding.
