β β β β β Am a regular patron here and I really love their fish soup (5 out of 5 stars worthy, and the chilli+soy sauce combination is ?) but oh boy their service attitude... I challenge you to find a restaurant that can spoil your mood as fast as this place.

β β β β β Went to the food joint on Saturday for a meal with my missus..
frankly meals almost $6 shouldnβt be seen as expensive..
BUTβ¦ when we each ordered a bowl of fish soup and rice.. what you get is basically 3 pieces of 1β x 1β and less than 1cm thin, slices of fish.. OMG! vegetables, and 2 pieces of tofu..
Btw just read some reviewers complaining about the ownerβs lack of courtesy or his over exuberance in selling.. add to that..
OVERPRICED and not worth patronising!
First and last time!

β β β β β It was our favourite stall years ago , but due to the boss terrible attitude so we banded them . After so many years , since itβs lunch hour and less crowded in that shop , so decide to give them a try . Who knows the boss attitude is worst than before and their fish soup is worst . Donβt waste your time and $$ eating here , it will definitely spoil your mood to have lunch there . Thereβs more nice food around .

β β β β β Echoing comments below: the male staff is rude, dishonest, pushy, and abusive. Iβve seen him curse customers who stood up to leave after not wanting to put up with his comments. Fish cake is clearly stated as $2, but if you come as a couple he will insist that itβs $4, and hand write it on the printed receipt (under declare income?). The only reason they are in business is the fact they are the only stall selling soup in a visible location, and people put up with the horrible service

β β β β β The fish soup is reall good here. It tastes clean and fresh without being overly complicated. Warming the heart and soul of those who eat it. Came at arouns 1.30pm and got a seat, but the store itself is quite pack for non-peak hours.
Many people gave 1 star because of the attitude but I think it's typical hawker aunty/uncle in Singapore who cares about efficiency more than anything. The average rating does not do this place justice.

β β β β β Not sure why the comments here are all saying that the uncle and auntie are rude. No doubt that the uncle speaks loudly but I donβt think heβs rude.Aunty responded politely when I say thank you when she serves me the food. Yes, it is also true that the aunty tells the customers not to throw tissues here but to her, thatβs due to hygiene and i think itβs understandable due to covid. If youβre expecting TOP notch service then skip the place. Fish slices served were fresh and soup was flavourful. Maybe people just need to stop being so entitled?

β β β β β Good delicious fish soup. Went at odd hours at 4pm and was about 80% full. Ordered mix fish with Yee mee and milk, came topped with fried egg flakes.
Fish is fresh and soup is delicious, although pricing wise a bit on the high side. $7 per bowl.

β β β β β Shop owners are arrogant with some attitude especially the male boss. The male boss will hard sell and makes you feel almost obligated to order more. For the price you are paying the standard is just ok. You definitely get something better elsewhere easily and feel happier. They will also kind of rush you and ask you to clear away your tissues or we will get fine by NEA. No idea what sorcery is that.
