The residence is conveniently located in central singapore without having to live among hotels and tourist spots. Room was clean, very spacious ( I stayed in the one bedroom) with good amenities provided and a proper hot shower. As mentioned by the residence, staff is very limited during this period so not expecting the service of a hotel. Overall this was a pleasant stay and is highly recommended for those who require amenities such as a kitchenette and a quiet place to stay.

I cannot give 0 star. That is a shame beacause it is what this place deserve. Honestly, I still do no understand why this is called service apartment. Bed are really but the rest…. Kitchen is too small, cannot allow you to prep anything. Then where to eat ? No real table. The service also is really poor. I had to call 3 times after the first week to get housekeeping coming to my apartment (1 month stay). I did not know that we had the right to get 2 free tokens for laundry per week. After the first week, I asked for 4 tokens then. They gave me 2 for free, but I had to pay the other two despite the fact that I did not get my 2 free tokens the first week. I had a leak from the roof. Despite my calls and emails nothing had been done. On my last day, I wanted to check out. I waited 10 min before someone showed up at the reception. Nice one ! Anyway the worst hotel I have ever been honestly. From the quality of the room to the staff my one month experience was terrible.

We stayed here for a week. Even though I'd emailed the reception that I'd be arriving at 10am and I needed to check in early because of the Covid measures at that time, despite having to pay an additional 125SGD, the room was only available 40 minutes later. I have no complaints if it was free, but if there was a fee expected, then it's quite unpleasant. They did offer a bag of snacks and drinks to make up for the delay. We booked a 1 bedroom and unfortunately, the state of the room was disappointing especially after the delay. It wasn't clean - the floors were sticky, the rug was filthy, the bathroom had personal toiletries from the previous occupant, there were ants on the table and there was a wet mouldy smell in the room from lack of good ventilation. The location is great - close to many hawker centres and a mall. The bus stop is a minute from the back entrance so it's convenient, though the Great World MRT wasn't open yet. The reception were always friendly. There is a roof top pool which was convenient for exercise. I'd recommend it because it was good value but if you are particular about cleanliness, then it may not be suitable for you.

Stayed there last month. Hated it. When booked, it showed apartment the had 3 toilets and a dinning table. That was not the case. There was only two toilet and no dinning table. Kitchen was tiny, no space to prepare food. Bathroom was extremely compact. There was mould and had poor drainage. Always stood in a pool of dirty water when showering. I asked for toilet paper 5 times (before house keeping finished working) but never got it. Had to buy my own. The male concierge was most unhelpful. Staff were mostly surly and unfriendly. The walls are extremely thin, can hear next apartment’s conversation quite well. I can go on but I wont use anymore time remembering my horrible experience there.

I stayed at Louis Kienne for 11 months. Great apartments. Very clean as rooms cleaned twice a week. Very friendly staff who looked after me and were very attentive. Going above and beyond for my Birthday. Great location near Great World City and many bus routes. Rooftop pool with nice peaceful views.

Good configuration for a family of four with two children. They loved the pool. Bus stop conveniently located behind property - gets to most places. Also the walk to shops and the mall is not too bad if not very sunny.

We are in a 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor and the view is nice. Although there are quite many rules, the apartment is nice, 3 bathrooms & there are everything we need to make it a comfortable stay. The 2 bedrooms are quite spacious, beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are compact. Free parking is only available for 1month stay or more...

Room is clean and well catered for and I enjoyed very much the excellent roof top pool with very nice peaceful views over the city. Very close to bus for me and my husband for quick trips to most of the central city areas. Plus there were Great famous hawker stalls down the road.. so many good places to choose from. Only issue was our bathroom were small for our 1 bedroom apartment.
