Thanksgiving serviced Residence (Oxley Thanksgiving Residence) - 328 River Valley Rd

Spacious, friendly staffs. Pretty far from public transportation, so if you travel with elders you might want to use taxi or Grab. The only minus was that the washing machine and hairdryer were too noisy.

Stayed for two weeks as my place is undergoing renovations, I didn’t take many photos of the apartment as it’s not a work of art but it’s very homely, comfortable, and liveable. Anyway the apartment looks the same as what’s shown in the photos. There’s A LOT of storage compartments lol didn’t manage to bring enough to fill them up but that’s quite thoughtful for long stays. There’s a washer/dryer in the apartment and they also provide laundry powder, thank you for that! The location is great, short walk from the busy M.Sultan street with good eats. Free parking is provided. Minor reasons why they are short of one out of five stars: found a couple strands of long hair on the couch when I first arrived, the sink in the bathroom needs some maintenance as the water flows down really slowly and splash backs ain’t a nice feeling, there’s also like a stinky sewage smell coming from the drain or some sort in the bathroom (swear neither of us farted) which we fought with an air freshener gel. The pool is on level 1 in full view of those hustling at the co-working space so if you’re shy about giving them a bikini show… then yeap. But apart from these minor stuff I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. I love that the building is covered in plants and you enjoy that greenery when you look out your window. All in all, it feels like home, that’s what it is, in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

This is our third stay here. So it has become a home away from home. Great facilities and location. Easy walk to bus stops. Not far to 2 MRT stations. Very helpful staff. We will be returning.

The apartment is very convenient and clean. Service was fine. Receptionists are not so friendly. Charging guest who are paying 2.2k ish for $6 printing is a turnoff. Overall, the experience was great.

Nearby Orchard Central, Gateway and 313@Somerset. Free WiFi access is and free private parking is available on site. A kitchenette equipped with a microwave ,washer cum dryer , and a refrigerator. It has been a wonderful 16 nights stay. Definitely will be back.

We are happy with this place and even decided to stay with an upgrade room when the circumstances changed from what was supposed to be a week long stay extended until almost 2 months to this date because of these reasons : 1. Great Location (walking distance to Orchard, Clark Quays, Fort Canning, and many more).. 2. Love the service (24 hours reception, friendly and helpful staffs, trustworthy housekeeper).. 3. Value for money. 4. Dog friendly place and environment (even for our skittish dog). Highly recommended place for a short term residence..

The rooms were quite nice. Located in a very good area which is near to the downtown area. The staff is pretty sweet and helpful. The only issue I found was about the housekeeping which is only done twice a week which I found a bit troublesome because for a longer stay the apartment gets dirty real quick. Maybe having the housekeeping daily or alternate days would be much better. Other than that this is a nice place to live.

Very well managed and serviced property. Staff is very courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the location in a nice neighbourhood close to supermarket and malls and not far from downtown the other end. But special thanks to front office staff for being very kind, attentive and thoughtful when they found my lost wallet in the lobby and notified me while I was in the city. Thank you again. Would highly recommend the apartment.
