β β β β β Very bad customer service. I bought 2 servings of frozen yogurt from IMM llaollao today. I asked for 2 extra spoon as 4 of us were to share from the 2 servings. They refused to give me. Said i can only have one extra spoon. Were as itβs written there that with each serving we can have 2 spoons. They should train their sales girls how to talk and be nice to customers.

β β β β β Horrible horrible staff. Malay lady with specs, who happened to be working on 19th Apr, 2022 at 8.20pm. No smiles, asked for Banana and she gave a straight no which should be fine but perhaps she should check how she sounds like. Certainly not fit for F&B industry if basic customer service cannot be given to buying customers. On top of that i think she needs to fix her RBF. Have fun getting served by her next time!
[Edit - just saw the number of complains for this outlet lol i really think the staff at this outlet ought to check themselves for their conduct. will not patronize here again for their rude service]

β β β β β Tried their latest Cocohoney which was yoghurt, real coconut pieces and drizzled honey. Gotten a deal via Kris+ at SGD3.50 each cup, else at SGD7.90 but not a very large cup doesn't seem like worth it. The deal is definitely worth going for else not particularly impressed with this product at the price. Still missing their old rum/raisin sauce prior to their initial exit.

β β β β β I don't usually eat llaollao but was craving for dessert. For $5.50 ( Small cup ) , the portion is acceptable, the pistachio sauce was so nutty & good but a tad too sweet, it made me crave water after finishing it. There are quite generous with their topping. Just a little pricey.
